JUST FURNISHED in stylish coastal design! This three bedroom, three bathroom beach villa is located in exclusive Tivoli by the Sea on the beach side of the Resort. The location is convenient to all the amenities of the Resort….. the sandy white beach is a short 10-12 minute walk, the sparkling blue Tivoli swimming pool is a few steps away, and a view of the golf course is just outside the back door. Take the golf cart or complimentary tram service to the beach and Village at Baytowne Wharf.

"Fresh and breezy" describes this villa featuring a newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. With open and airy spaces, this Tivoli residence will surpass your every expectation! With 2100 square feet, our villa is tastefully decorated in soft sea tones, and has plenty of space for up to 8 guests. The family room is spacious and uncluttered with cushy seating and a 55" HDTV for the family to enjoy a movie. Our gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the dinnerware, stemware, and cookware you will need to delight your family with a delicious meal. The stylish dining area seats six with additional bar seating for three.

The master bedroom suite is comfortable, spacious, and opens to the outdoor screened porch. It features a king bed with custom linens, a flat panel HDTV, and a private master bathroom with a soaking tub and oversized shower. There is a guest bedroom designed in relaxing natural colors that offers a king bed and connects to a private guest bathroom with an oversize shower. Another guest bedroom is complete with two double beds and opens to a private guest bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. Each bedroom provides an HDTV and a DVD player. For your convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit, and complimentary WIFI is provided.

For a relaxing afternoon, enjoy some quiet time on the outdoor screened in porch. There is plenty of seating for an outdoor meal or just to enjoy a spectacular golf course view. Family vacation after Christmas
We loved our stay in Tivoli! All of our accommodations were as described. We enjoyed breakfast on the screened in back patio and loved watching the golfers come up to putt on the green. My kids loved that we could walk or take the golf cart to the beach! This was our 4th trip as a family down to Sandestin but our first time staying beachside. We will be back. This spot gave our family of 6 plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach or the pool. The large kitchen and bar area was a great gathering spot for meals. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was especially nice! Host was easy to communicate with and very friendly! I would recommend and will be booking again!

Overall very good and a really nice place, as presented. Would definitely stay there again. My only two critiques would be that it could’ve been a little cleaner on arrival (it was acceptable but there were hairs on the floor in one of the bathrooms) and the battery life on the golf cart wasn’t very good.

The property was very nice. The place needs a good cleaning, Floors were filthy. Some people walked barefoot the first day, the bottoms of their feet were black from the dirt. The counters were dirty and needed a good cleaning. We found a pan in the cabinets that had left over grease and cooking debris in it. Terrible. We cleaned it up. The lights along the walkway were not on at night which made it hard to see the steps. The timer needed to be reset since they were on during the day. Called three times but it was not handled. We loved our stay in SanDestin, the only negative was the poor cleaning.

Great stay!
The house was amazing. Beautiful, comfortable, clean. It was a little farther from the beach than I would have liked, but having the golf cart made that much better. Any issues we had during our stay were quickly addressed and resolved. The communication was very easy and quick response times.

Great place to stay in Destin
Great property for us. The location was nice, we could easily bounce between the beach and the Wharf, good food was also close by. The villa was clean and up to date. The golf cart was an awesome asset. I would gladly stay again.

Overall a fantastic and relaxing stay
We have stayed at this rental before and it has been great both times! The updated bathrooms are a nice bonus and the rooms fit our family of 5 perfectly. The use of the golf cart was incredible and it was so nice to be able to drive for maybe 5 minutes to the beach and park very close to the sand. The only negative is that there are some parts of the condo that could use some upkeep- the baseboards under the island look like there could possibly be water damage and the windows needed cleaning but overall a fantastic stay!

If you are in between on booking this property, DO IT! It exceeded all our expectations. The weather was colder than expected, but this place made our trip 100% better. We watched movies every night on the large sectional sofa. It is close to the beach. Maybe a 5-7min walk, or a short 2 min drive. It offered a screened in patio on the golf course with a 6 seater table out back! A fully stocked kitchen! The beds were comfortable, and my older girls really enjoyed the room with two full size beds! Each room has its own bathroom and that was great with our large family! I recommend trying Parlor Doughnuts for breakfast. It’s right up the street! Overall, we’ve stayed at Sandestin a couple of times and this was by far the BEST stay! We even extended our stay, which was a super easy phone call to make! We will definitely do business with them in the future! Our kids said 10/10 recommend lol

Great time
Easy and clean. Beautifully decorated and very nice floor plan. I really like the screened in porch that allowed the early risers a comfortable place to have their coffee and visit enjoying a great view without disturbing the others who slept in. Great location.

Beach Week
We have stayed in Destin, FL many times and thought it was time to change it up and stay somewhere new. We really enjoyed staying in Sandestin. I had no clue it existed until a friend recommended staying there. The condo was in a great location, you could walk to the pool and take a short ride to the beach. The condo was well equipped with items needed for a week long stay. We could tell that it had just been cleaned well upon arrival. The only complaint was that the condo could you some TLC . The carpets could defiantly be replaced, I'm glad I brought my slippers to wear around the condo! We were disappointed to find out that the condo had sold and unfortunately the 6 seater golf cart did not sell with it. That was one of the main reasons we booked this condo. The new owners/property manager did provide us with a 4 seater golf cart during our stay which was very nice but it did make it difficult getting all 6 of our guest around when going to the Village to eat dinner and such. Overall we had a great time and can't wait to come back!

Great view, spacious and clean!
We absolutely loved the view from the patio. The condo was very spacious, clean and comfy beds. Kitchen is very well equipped, they also had a boogie board and beach umbrellas for use. Location is great, close to all shops and restaurants. 10 min walk to the beach on the walking trail, very easy. The only bad part was the shower in one of the baths did not work. I emailed about it and immediately received a response that someone would be out to look at it. I don’t know if anyone came while we were out but it did not work upon our return. That was the only down side, everything else was great!

The description boasted parking for 2 vehicles, which was most of the time not the case. We also had an issue with the golf cart on the first day, office was called on second day and was finally resolved on the last full day. We couldn’t use the golf cart after dark until Friday. The cleanliness is not up to my standards. There was lots of dust and crumbs under most all furniture

End of School year mini-vacation
The condo was very nice and well furnished. It came with everything needed for our stay. The bathrooms are in need of an update but overall the property was very nice and well maintained for the most part. The dishwasher did not work and reeked of mildew and mold. The carpet in the bedrooms are also in need of an update. The washer and dryer were nice to have but the washer left of clothes full of lint. The outdoor patio was nice but needs to be pressure washed. The location of the property was excellent. I would definitely consider booking this unit again.

Disappointing Stay
I hate to leave a negative review but this condo was gross. Negatives: We arrived around 8:30pm after 16 hours of driving, tired. First thing I do after unpacking is pull out the disinfecting wipes I brought (thank goodness) and start wiping down handles, sinks, toilets ect. There were fingerprints on all doors and cabinets. Sinks had evidence of soap and shower had some hairs in it still and shampoo still clinging onto the wall. Carpets need replacing and tile felt slimy...may have been humidity but just felt dirty. Then I go into kitchen and open dishwasher (because I had read other reviews that this was a problem) and sure enough there was 2 inches of water at the bottom and the smell...I about vomited. Because I opened it some water started leaking out and instead of using the ONE dishtowel they gave us, I used an extra bath towel. And sure enough the bath towel was black after cleaning floor. 10pm I'm tired. Last thing I wanted to deal with on VACATION. Also one of the toilets were clogged/broken. We called twice with no one showing up. We still had 2 toilets but still no working dishwasher and no one dared to open it because it was so nasty. Positives: Nicely decorated and location was great. Linens were clean and beds comfortable. They gave us a gas powered golf cart because the one assigned to condo was broken. This was so great and we appreciate that. Location was close to beach. Checkin was very easy. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Sandestin but will not be returning to this condo. I will add about Sandestin, if you like a quite beach...this is not for you. We went the first part of May and it was sooooo crowded. I thought going early we would avoid the crowds but this was not the case. Beaches are beautiful and if you don't mind sharing it with hundreds of people then you will have a lovely time. PS. After a week of staying there...maintenance had never come to repair toilet OR dishwasher.

Blue Beach Properties Disappointed
The condo was nice enough, especially with some updates that I think I had been recently made. The carpet in the bedrooms was absolutely disgusting though. It seemed super old and needs to be replaced. If you rent from here, bring house shoes to wear inside. I didn’t have any I was grossed out by walking on the carpet. Our dishwasher was broken and didn’t work the entire time. Blue Beach Properties would send someone out to work on it and they wouldn’t have the part so they’d send someone else etc and it was never fixed during our 6 day stay. When one guy came, he sloshed this foul-smelling water from the dishwasher all over the kitchen floor and used our bath towels to clean it up. He then left the bath towels for us to deal with. I called the property manager and they said they’d send someone to clean the kitchen since the property didn’t have any cleaning supplies. Instead, someone just dropped off a swiffwr thing but we still didn’t have any floor cleaning solution. They never apologized for the massive inconvenience (cleaning toddler soppy cups, bottles, plates etc by hand is time consuming and not what I wanted to do on vacation!). Any time I called about the dishwasher they acted annoyed. I’d rent from another place in Sandestin that has a different management group!

Property has Deteriorated
I would like to start by stating that we stayed in this property in August 2019 and loved it. The property condition has deteriorated drastically over the last two years. Some of the issues were due to the cleaning company, and others were from previous house guests. To start with the dishwasher was filled with mold. We ran it several times upon arrival, but continued to find black mold. We called Beach Blue Properties immediately who did send out a gentlemen to clean it right away. He did the best he could at cleaning the inside, however I don’t think he could have adequately removed all the mold. The unit should be replaced! We ended up hand washing dishes all week. Several rooms and bathrooms contained light bulbs that were burnt out. There were pieces of hardened gum stuck to the tile floor in several locations. Be aware after booking this property you will sign a golf cart agreement that states, “if the cart is broken down they do not have to replace it for your stay.” Ours was supposedly getting serviced the week we were there. This was not communicated to us prior to arrival and we had to call the property management company. In their defense, they did provide us with a loaner cart for the week. However, the golf cart had seen better days. The batteries lasted about 20 mins on a full charge before quitting and the brakes on the cart did not feel safe to drive. The pictures of this property should be updated to more accurately reflect the condition of this unit. We will be looking for a better maintained property for future stays.

Spring 2021
Grounds are beautiful and close to many shops, restaurants, and beach. Our kids are the ages 4 - 10 and their favorite things to do were swim at the pool, go to the beach, and spend the day at Carousel at Baytown. I think the communication with the property owner was good, but we were disappointed that the golf cart was not holding charge and they couldn’t get it to work during our stay. I gave a 3/5 for cleanliness because we were unable to use the dishwasher during our stay due to a large buildup of mold. Also, the unit had a couple of light bulbs out in bathrooms, the batteries were dead in a remote, the couch pillows have some stains, the carpet has stains and what appears to be kids slime hardened in the kids bedroom carpet, and the king beds only had two pillows. We didn’t bother management about anything except the mold and the golf cart, and they were quick to respond but obviously unable to fix the issues within our week there. I think this was a great place to stay, and I feel like the effects from COVID19 were reasons for most of the issues we experienced.

Beautiful condo on the golf course
This property is beautifully decorated and clean. Some basic maintenance issues were fixed immediately after we asked Very close to the beach. We used the 6 six golf cart to go everywhere. The Beach is very very crowded even mid October Be prepared to be very close to your beach neighbors
