This 2 BR/ 2.5 BA end-unit townhome offers amazing views of the Gulf from both floors. Large picture windows in the first floor allow views of the coastline for miles. The first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar for 4, dining table for 6, and living area with a large sectional sofa. The sectional opens up to a queen sleeper. Gather around for a movie or sports game with the 42" smart tv with cable. Two beachfront balconies with views of the Gulf.

Upstairs, the primary suite is waiting for you with a king-size bed, casual furnishings, ensuite bathroom, 40" flat screen TV with cable, and access to the beachfront balcony. This master suite has an ensuite bathroom with large closets and a walk-in shower. Down the hall is the second bedroom featuring two queen-size beds, nautical décor, large dresser, a 32" flat screen TV with cable and an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub with shower combination that can be accessed directly from the bedroom or hallway. Two twin rollaway beds located in the primary bedroom closet are available, bringing the total number of sleeping accommodations to 10.

Step out to one of two private balconies to enjoy your morning coffee, with the sounds of the surf, or watch the sunset at the end of the day. Grill your steaks or seafood on the propane grill located just outside the kitchen area.

This townhome is minutes from the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Both Captain Dave's Seafood Restaurant and Kenny D's Beach Bar & Grill are just steps away.

This townhome is available for extended monthly stays during winter. If you need additional space, we do manage Quiet Surf # 1 as well!

Can’t wait to go back
We loved our stay. The location was perfect, the beach was absolutely private and security was present to make sure it stayed that way and that was awesome. The views were amazing , it was right next to two restaurants which was convenient . Beach towels, toys and extra chairs were available. There was even games and puzzles for the entire family. We will definitely be back. And Hectoe was great too!

I have stayed in a lot of places in Destin, but this beach view and location were the absolute best! The condo was clean and accommodating, nothing fancy, but the private beach was amazing and not crowded (except when some brave people would ignore the signs and make themselves at home!) I would stay here again and again!

My husband and I booked this property only 3-4 days before our arrival, after our prior rental was inaccessible due to hurricane damage. The rental process with the property manager was very easy. The location of the property was outstanding. We watched gorgeous sunrises and sunsets every day and walking about 50 steps to the water’s edge can’t be beat. We will definitely be back!

The house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of dishes and pans for people who cook. Loved sitting on the deck and in the chairs on the beach. Walking on the beach was so close and easy. 5 good restaurants within walking distance. Only downside was the outdoor furniture. Badly in need of new cushions and windows need to be cleaned. We had a problem with a door handle on the beachside door and they had someone there to fix it that day. I would recommend this place to couples,families with children

Fantastic
Wonderful, clean and nicely-appointed home right on the beach. Restaurants & bars are very close - the location is really convenient. The chair & umbrella service is a great addition. The Frangista Management team is very friendly & accommodating. Can think of nothing I'd change. This was our second year in this home - and we'll be back.

Great vacation!
This house was so clean and comfortable. Very well stocked. The parking was great which can sometimes be a problem with townhouses in Miramar. What can you say about the location - fabulous. Restaurants and shopping nearby and the beach. Did we mention the beach!!! The folks at Frangista did a wonderful job keeping us updated and checking on us. We did ask them to pass on to the owner that the front door needs a deadbolt or hotel style lock. My 18 month old grandson can open lever style doors so we had to use a cooler to block him in. I so wish this property had another bedroom so we could bring more family next time.
