If you are searching for a place to relax as a small family or two couples, then look no further! This is the perfect place for a beach retreat. Enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico while the children play in the expansive green space right outside the unit. The two-story pool area is unlike any other, equipped with a tiki bar and a waterfall.

Guests will enter the unit into a small entryway that leads into the kitchen area and the living room. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen leads to a small area with the washer and dryer in the closet.

The kitchen overlooks the living room with fantastic views of the Gulf. With new furniture that aids in the beautiful beach life. There is a dining area with seating for 6 along with three bar stools. Adjacent to the dining area is a couch and loveseat that surround a flat screen TV.

Down the hall from the kitchen are the two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the unit. The first bedroom contains two twin beds with an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower combo. At the end of the hall is the Master bedroom with a King bed and Gulf Views. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the master bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks.

Great Location
Our stay was so wonderful and relaxing! It was a prime location with only steps to the beach and pool. You literally walk out the back door and you are on the beach. Having a private beach was so nice with less crowds and the Edgewater staff was wonderful with the umbrella and chair rentals. The condo is in a nice location where you can walk to a lot and not a lot of traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a great time here. The ground floor with room to play outside and close proximity to the pool and beach was a big plus with two littles. We found one cockroach the first night. Smashed it and had no others, so no big deal. Our biggest issue was not seeing anything on the original listing (before booking) that we were not allowed to bring our own beach umbrellas/tents. We had packed A LOT of shade devices for our small children that weren’t allowed at the beach. That was a big deal for us.

Family Vacation with Ease
The condo was perfect for our needs. We loved the walkout patio and large grass area for the kids to play and toss football. The complex is very family friendly. We were just steps from the boardwalk with super easy beach access. The pools were only a very short walk as well. The gulf view from the unit is beautiful. The only area which could be upgraded is the king size mattress. (Too firm). We had a perfect stay in this wonderful family friendly condo. .

The condo is as described. The unit is nicely decorated. The mattress in master bedroom is overly firm and uncomfortable. However, the gulf views are outstanding. Plus, easy access to the beach and pool. The resort is close to a grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the nearby fresh seafood market. We were somewhat surprised when representatives from a TV cable company knocked on the door stating they needed to update equipment. We felt management should have notified us prior to their visit. Beware: The exit door security code was disabled 30 minutes early before designated check out time.

Amazing Property
We loved this condo. The location to the beach cannot be beat! If you have small kids, this is the best place for you, literally seconds from the beach, pool, and a short walk up the property is a small playground area. When we arrived we were so pleased with the cleanliness and space of the unit. It felt so cozy and we felt right at home. The beds were a little hard but the location and condition of the unit made up for it! We would 100% come back and recommend this property to anyone! Especially those with kids!

Amazing Place!
Is you are looking for an amazing get away, this is the place! Great location, super close to restaurants, groceries, touristic places. Just a few steps away from a pretty much private beach. Only thing is that if you are planning to stay and cooking just make sure to get your own set of knives because the ones at the apartment don’t work. Other than that, we had such a great time and can’t wait to get back next summer! 100% recommended!

The property was extremely nice! Beds were comfortable, condo beautifully decorated, roomy for my family! Why eat out when the kitchen was nicely furnished? Walked to Winn Dixie everyday, my son liked to try various items. We enjoyed eating meals on the patio watching the waves. Not to mention drinks and snacks were steps from the beach! We will definitely be back to this condo!

Best location!
This is a beautiful property with great access to the beach. We had a few issues upon arrival but literally every time I called the management team was on it. Was disappointed that the cable was down for our last 3 days, we like watching late night shows to wind down, but we kept busy playing board games and such. Nothing to complain about when your in a beautiful condo directly on the beach! Enjoyed night time walks along the beach. Saw fireworks from the patio, it was just an awesome vacation. I would definitely book this property again.

Steps away from the beach
The check in process was easy, condo was clean, and my family really enjoyed our stay. The washing machine and dryer is loud like a previous reviewer stated. However, you can wash clothes while at the beach. Pots and pans were provided, laundry detergent, towels, and dishwashing liquid as well. Winn Dixie is in walking distance so if you need extra toilet paper and trash bags other than the ones provided, it's not to far away. Can't wait to book our next stay.

Tiddy, convenient, and cozy. Great location. Noisy.
The stay was enjoyable. Noise from maintenance of the unit above us was an issue between 7:30 and 5 PM. The washer, dryer, and furnance were very loud such that you couldn't hear the TV. Everything worked. The place was clean. The location was convenient to shopping and the ocean. The weather could have been better but you pay your money and take your chances.
