We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Beautiful view, lovely pool and comfortable beds. The master shower was amazing and the kids loved having their own area away from our bedroom. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, pots and pans. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Great stay!
Great experience with beautiful views! Communication with the management company was really good. One note - there are sensors that will automatically turn off the water if moisture is detected. We called and had it turned back on within a few minutes but good to know in case it’s needed. Thanks for lots of fun memories!

Perfect Vacation Spot
We loved the beach access and pool access all in one place! The condo was absolutely beautiful - ample closet space. Large stocked kitchen! AC definitely works great on those hot days! Loved that it was at the end of the hall, very minimal traffic noise at all! 4 Elevators, never had a long wait. Everyone we came across were friendly and sweet. Don’t eat at the food court by the pool however! 4 meals and 2 adult beverages was $92 before tip - order in delivery for much cheaper!

Fall Break 2022
We really loved staying in the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort area because it is close to everything but is less crowded and busy comparing to some other stretch of 98. The properties at SGBR are very well cared for. Our condo is also right on the beach, which offers a lovely ocean view and easy access to the pool and not so crowded beach area. The unit is perfect for a large family or two families of friends. The unit is very tastefully decorated and well designed. I'd definitely stay here again. With that said, I have a few recommendations: 1) the beds should be checked to ensure they are replaced or updated, especially the one in the bedroom upfront. It squeaked terribly loudly (although the mattresses are comfortable). :) 2) The dishes and cups are really scuffed up and should be replaced. 3) The knives holder is super unique / smartly designed, but the knives are really dull and could use a new set or need sharpening. :) 4) Finally, the dining room table is very lovely, but the weaved chairs are quite worn and starting to come apart / have holes. We had a little issue with the air conditioning...However, the property management team was super communicative and helpful. I definitely compliment them on their customer service. :)

Great location for beach access and restaurants. The ice maker was not working, but the manager notified us before arrival and provided two bags of ice. Discovered the dryer not working, but it was repaired the next morning. Great management! Westwinds I facility is well maintained.

Great resort to book your stay. Best beaches on the gulf coast by far.
Property was well maintained, security was great, and the daily maintenance people were cleaning constantly. Resort even had large capacity ice makers to refill ice chests for the beach. Will definitely book this same resort for the same time next year.

My new favorite Beach
This condo was exactly as the pictures show. Very clean, very beautiful and the location was fantastic! The use of the tram for the resort area was a nice bonus! The beach..AMAZING! The only small things I could point out was there were no trash bags provided. Also, the pool “monitor” was very annoying with reprimanding visitors for having covered drinks (non spill metal cups mind you and we were all adults) in the pool or even leaning out of the pool to pick them up (must be past the line that she eagerly points out every chance she gets) she will hunt you down and pester you until you get fed up and just leave the pool (on your nice relaxing vacation). I saw it happen multiple times. Just too many restrictions already imposed on people right now to have to deal with that unnecessary behavior from someone sitting in a chair on her phone just waiting to pounce every chance she gets. I was not pleased with that! Aside from that the stay was gorgeous. We will definitely be back to the same area maybe not the pool though unless that issue is resolved.
