Take in a breathtaking view of the soft, sugar white sand and brilliant blue waves from the balcony at 806 Gulfside. This eighth floor location is second to none - private and quiet! The new gourmet kitchen is equipped with quartz counters, stainless appliances, and a new wine and beverage fridge. No detail has been overlooked! Our guests will enjoy the upscale designer furnishings. "Coastal chic with unsurpassed beach views" describes this gulf front condominium at Hidden Dunes.

Our family area is newly furnished with comfort in mind, and offers plenty of cushy seating for everyone and a 55" SMART TV. The gourmet kitchen features all the latest gadgets to make cooking a pleasure, and is sure to delight the chef in your group. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in a seriously impressive view of the beach. You may even catch a glimpse of a dolphin swimming along the shore!

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, our condo accommodates up to eight guests. Designed with comfort in mind, each bedroom is furnished with lovely Pottery Barn furniture and linens. The master bedroom features a king bed, a picture window overlooking the beach, a SMART TV and walk out access to the balcony. Our second bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king bed, a SMART TV and a view of the bay through expansive windows. The third bedroom offers two double beds, a SMART TV along with a lovely bay view. For your convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The complimentary WIFI service is upgraded with double bandwidth. Only 2 vehicles allowed per unit. Beach chairs are available to rent for a daily fee.

Hidden Dunes is a beachfront resort that offers 3 swimming pools, a world class tennis facility with clay courts that is ranked among the 'Top 50 Tennis Resorts in the USA' (court fees apply), a catch-and-release fishing lake, scenic walking trails, lighted basketball courts, shuffleboard, horse shoes, a complimentary fitness center with his/hers locker rooms and sauna, and onsite security at the resort’s gated entrance. Hidden Dunes is less than three minutes away from outlet and retail shopping, fine restaurants, and grocery stores. There are several challenging golf courses, a water park, and entertainment within a few minutes drive! Also nearby is Sandestin’s Grand Boulevard with a movie theatre, upscale shopping and restaurants. Destin offers a variety of fishing, boating, and dinner cruise excursions. Parking: Only 2 vehicles allowed each unit per Hidden Dunes Security, no exceptions.

Amazing Condo; Perfect Location

Hidden Dunes Condo 806 was an amazing place to stay for our family’s spring break. The condo was beautiful and stocked with anything you may have needed. The views from the balcony and main bedroom were breathtaking. We loved watching all the dolphin activity, as the pods made their way up and down close to the shoreline.

Beautiful well furnished condo with a view

The condo is beautiful and well furnished. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you would need. Parking was stressful for me. It was limited. Although I did always find a place, sometimes it seemed to be the last one and the garage spots were tight to navigate. An issue with the bedroom tv streaming service seemed to be fixed remotely. The balcony door wouldn’t lock. It was on the 8th floor, but there were balconies above and beside that could have provided access. I like to feel secure when sleeping. The call about it went to voicemail. The garbage disposal didn’t work but didn’t bother to call since previous call was never returned.

Great fall trip getaway!

We were a little group of two couples and 3 kids. We enjoyed Hidden Dunes a lot! The property is as described, just getting a little worn down. The hot tub was not hot for the first 2 days- not sure why. Bring what you need - there is definitely no extra dish soap, toilet paper or even salt and pepper! But to be fair, this was very clearly outlined from the start. The managing group, Beach Blue Properties communicated well and there was no problem with gate codes. The kids did tennis and pickle lessons with the pro there every day and that was great! The balcony had a perfect view of the beach and plenty of seating which we enjoyed. The location was convenient too. We’d recommend this property and Hidden Dunes.

This condo has a lot of potential but the best thing about it for me was the fact it had a nice view. The unit was very dirty...especially the floors. I would not return and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

We had a great vacation. This place is clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The only suggestion would be to include more paper products, such as, toilet paper. There was one roll per bathroom for 6 people for 4 days. We had to purchase garbage bags and dishwasher detergent because there was only one of each.

Hidden Dunes April ‘23

The unit was as listed. Nicely decorated. Area was quiet and a modest walk to retail shops. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment including a wine frig but no spices. Would have liked flutes for mamosas but that’s being picky. The pool and beach were not super crowded. There are 3 pools available. And the awesome beach had direct access. Had to pay 45 per day for 2chairs and umbrella. Unit include plenty of beach toys for the kids. Although we didn’t realize it or need it there was a fold out couch in the living area. All appliances worked well including 2 coffee options - pods or beans. There was no contact with unit manager except checking instructions that were well communicated.

Girls tennis/beach weekend

Our check-in process was seamless with the code working right at 4:00 as described. The property management company’s app gave us all the details we needed to make sure we packed appropriately. When we enter the condo, it was clean and there are beautiful beach and ocean views from everywhere in the living room and master. There were six of us women that stayed for a tennis and beach week and there was plenty of living room seating and patio seating. This apartment is well appointed and beautiful. The kitchen also had everything we could need. Thanks so much.

Overall, great location of condo! Listening to the surf at night was so nice. Plenty of room for 4 adults and two teenage boys. Kitchen was well stocked. Only issue - only one pendant light worked. Needed new bulbs in pendant lights over bar. At least two lamps needed new bulbs! To end on positive note, living room furniture had enough and comfortable furniture for entire family. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Nice family sojourn

The property provided a scenic view of the gulf throughout the day. We particularly loved the sunset panorama. It was convenient to the restaurants we usually visit as well as, family activity sites. The beach umbrella and chairs made available by the owners was lovely. Our family spent considerable time at the swimming pool which was well maintained. Parking was limited. We were allowed two cars (and were notified well in advance). So we utilized the local airport parking for the third vehicle. We would encourage others to enjoy this property, too.

We love this place. Was our second time to stay there. Unit is stocked with everything you need to cook. Plenty of space and the view is amazing! Overall we had a nice stay. The property has beautiful ocean views and it was well equipped with everything that we needed. The beach was clean and well maintained. The pool area is very small. The living room furniture as well as the rugs indoor and outdoor need to be replaced as they are worn and dirty. The unit itself could use a some painting. The parking garage was always packed and it was hard to find a place to park. Its also small and hard to maneuver around in. If you drive a large suv or minivan you're better off parking elsewhere.
