Awesome beach views! This two-bedroom, two bath condo is located on the 14th floor at Beachside One in the the Resort. Take in a stunning panoramic gulf view from nearly every room! Beachside One offers it all ... access to sugar white beaches, a seasonally heated swimming pool and hot tub, a grassy lawn with BBQ grills, and an on-site fitness center. With amenities galore, a spacious and open floor plan, and private balcony access from the living area and master suite, this beachside condo has everything you need for a perfect vacation!

With comfortable furnishings (including a sleeper sofa), the living area is designed with relaxation in mind. The balcony invites you to sit and enjoy the sparkling water, waves and salty breezes. Our fully stocked kitchen features Corian countertops and everything needed to prepare meals and snacks. The dining table offers seating for four with additional breakfast bar seating for two.

The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, an HDTV, generous closet space, a window seat overlooking the amazing Gulf of Mexico, and a private entrance to the balcony. Steps away is the master bath with bathtub/shower combination and vanity area. The guest bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen bed, an HDTV, and offers closet space. A nearby full guest bathroom is accessed via the hallway. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo, and WIFI is complimentary.

Hop on the golf cart or the tram and take a quick trip to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Our location is just minutes from everything - the beach, golfing, tennis, fishing, great food and shopping at nearby Market Shops, Grand Boulevard and Village of Baytowne Wharf. Beachside One is just minutes from the Resort's best eateries, galleries, boutiques, and nightlife. From ropes courses and playgrounds to live music and entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf, there is fun to be had by guests of all ages. And with complimentary tram access, guests can experience all that the Resort has to offer - hassle-free!

We had a bad smell in the master bathroom and leaking water in the under the sink. A vent fell down on me in the 2 nd bedroom. When we opened a drawer in the master bedroom a black bug ran out of site. We called the property management number and they sent a guy out that screwed the vent back on the wall crooked So the air whistles. The sink needed a plumber that we didn’t see. A glass cupboard door seems loose when you open it at the top. We still had a great time and loved the location and pool. Just don’t want you to think we did any of this to the unit.TYSM

Everything you need!

This was a great location with a gorgeous view. The property has a pool, fitness center, free parking and golf cart. We loved the cushy balcony chairs for catching up while listening to the waves and watching the dolphins. We appreciated the in-unit washer/dryer!

The 14th floor unit was nicely decorated, very comfortable and very functional for our family. We enjoyed the pool area, access to the beach and the use of the golf cart which was easy to access. Phyllis was extremely accommodating and responsive and the link with all of the access information for our stay at our fingertips. Having codes for the unit instead of a key was convenient and a hit with my kids who loved punching in the numbers, kitchen was very functional and well stocked. Definitely recommend this property for families.

AMAZING

We were so impressed with our stay. When we arrived, the unit was spotless! Location could not be any better. Steps away from the pool and beach access. Couldn’t ask for more with little kids! Golf cart was a great addition. We loved riding around and exploring what was around us. Phyllis was great to work with and was even able to extend our stay last minute which was such a blessing! We will definitely be returning hopefully sooner rather than later!

Our first time to Destin to attend a wedding. The beach was beautiful, the property was beautiful, and the condo was beautiful. Everything was clean and well maintained. Nicely decorated. Pay attention to the move in directions, the provisions are limited as far as paper products, no basic kitchen cooking provisions (think salt and pepper) are provided. However, they did let us know in advance.

Rocky start with a STELLAR finish

Our trip began on Labor Day and unfortunately there was a leak in the unit. Due to the holiday, the maintenance crew was not allowed to work the issue until the following day (resort rule, no fault to the owner). Phyllis, the property manager, was able to find us a comparable unit on the golf course about a block away for the night. The leak was fixed the following day and we were able to move in that evening. Once we settled in we really enjoyed our stay. The unit is as pictured and the view is spectacular. The golf cart was a family-favorite too!

Beautiful and Responsive Property Manager

We loved our stay at this beautiful property! There was ample space for our family and the condo was clean and the view perfection. We loved having access to a golf cart and will consider rent this property again. Although we had some difficulty with the door locking, the propriety manager was responsive and sent someone to address the problem.
