Beautiful and very comfortable

The apartment is exactly as you see it in the photos. Very cozy. Excellent location. Very clean. The King bed and pillows are super comfortable. The sofa bed is ok. We would have liked to know that they do not have a thick blanket for the sofa (only a thin sheet to wrap up). Another thing was the coffee maker. The photos show a regular coffee maker, so we were prepared with our filters and ground coffee. When we arrive the coffee maker is a Mini Keurig and needs regular pods! they weren't big problems because we solved them at walmart! You don't need to check in. You just go straight to tower 1 and go up to the apartment. Pool is amazing! The entrance to the beach is very close. you can walk. We were prepared with several things for the beach and we went by car to the parking lot closest to the beach. In the closet located in the basement, they have beach chairs (there are 4 or 5), an umbrella (it's not very big), some boards for the water and some toys for the sand. Opening the lock on the closet was a bit tricky and took me a bit of time! I would definitely go back and recommend it 100%

We had a good time staying in this place! The moment we walked in, felt like we made a good decision. There was Welcome kit in bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen has pots and pans and all that you need to make a meal. Simple, not cluttered with so much furniture and decor. Clean, and comfortable bed. Sofa bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Has a hamper; and a basket full of enough bath towels for the week with a blow dryer and toilet paper. Laundry machine was helpful in the room. Keurig single serve. Patio was cozy with patio furniture. Pool access just downstairs, great view from the 7th floor, and host was available to respond quick. We’d stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

Great condo and location

Ideal location for being close to the pool, beach, beach club, Tram and Hilton. Updated unit with a more modern feel, very bright, with a great view. The bed is very comfortable.

Second trip to Sandestin and both stays in this building. The suite was clean and modern. Secured covered parking is convenient. Steps to the beach and quick drive over to Baytown Wharf. Hope to be back soon

Very nice condo and convenient. Would have enjoyed more details about property amenities. Where the trash shoot was, tennis availability. Also ability to check in a little earlier would have made it a perfect stay.

Girls trip

The condo is in a great location and was very clean. The only problems we had was the air conditioner barely worked. The condo never got under 78° even after calling to get it fixed. The sofa couch was also broken. The pillows were just laying on top of it while it was hanging half out when we got there. So we had no couch to sit on and had to buy an air mattress to sleep on. Unfortunate things, but otherwise would have loved the place.

If you are playing in a ball tournament don’t stay here. Other end of town. I didn’t do my research. Nice place though. Wish it was closer to beach. Nice pool area. Needs curtains or blinds. Spent most of my time at the ball field not the room.

Spring Break 2021

Great location at Sandestin for beach goers! Very affordable! Definitely recommend staying on the Beachside! Unit was exactly as pictured- clean! The couch needs to be replaced though- it is very squeaky, we didn’t make it into the bed- my daughter just slept on couch- every time you sit or move it makes noise. Also washer and dryer so loud we had to let run while we were out of unit- please buy a new coffee pot- the lid to the whole pot and to the carafe are both broken. Other than that we had a great time!

Absolutely wonderful!

This was the best experience we could’ve hoped for. It was our first time to Florida for vacation and it was breathtaking. I was afraid the check in process was going to be difficult because it’s not a hotel, but it was very easy. And the room was absolutely beautiful. We had everything we needed. We loved it and we cannot wait to visit again!

Just a Couple of Tweeks

This is a nice property and would get 4 -5 stars with just a couple of simple changes. 1: one elevator for 19 floors meant allowing extra time or taking the stairs. One day both elevators were out of order) 2: toilet ran continuously and was annoying. Reported it to property Mgr and got no response. 3: we had one trash bag and one dishwasher tablet for 5 days. 4: there as no cleaning solution (409, etc) (We rented this unit because it had a kitchen. We used the kitchen but were unable to clean it properly.) 5: beach toys in the storage locker were a bit lacking. We saw on an email that they had beach toys for kids so we left ours at home. Shoulda brought them (our granddaughters were staying in Luau 2) I should mention that the area is beautiful and we had a nice stay. The unit has a nice view and could be really nice with just a couple small changes. Luau 2 next door was a bit better- mostly because of the 2 usable elevators. The pre-stay communication was good as was the checkout. No keys only door codes. Very smooth.

The condo was almost perfect. The location and amenities were as expected. Fully furnished and well maintained with pretty decor. I was disappointed that the pictures from the booking site didn’t match the actual decor. The outside patio/deck furniture was less than comfortable considering what the pictures on the booking site showed. Overall it was a very nice place and we would stay again
