This two story townhome is located bayside on the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®. From your private back deck, soak in views of the lake, the fairway, and the bay. You’ll find 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths, sleeping 6 guests comfortably. The first floor features modern flooring with chic décor and neutral colors for that airy beach house feel. Follow this high end design into the kitchen equipped with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, plus all the items you need to prep and cook. Your guests can relax in the living room with comfy furnishings and flat screen TV or on the back deck as the sun sets.
If you’re traveling with kids, this is the perfect setup, as you’ll find a space upstairs with a guest bedroom and den. The 2 twin beds, en suite bath, and flat screen TV in the den will give them the space they need to enjoy their getaway, too. The condo was nice and loved the golf cart. The furniture was dirty, stained and ripped. The dining chairs were all stained. Should not have white furniture in a rental! Said it had 2 king beds and a pullout. No pullout and only 1 king bed, the other was a queen. False advertising. It was nice to bring our dog and the back deck of the condo was nice. Needs more pots and pans and new dishes and coffee cups.

Great rental, but…
We really enjoyed the location of this property. It was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with views of the golf course. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use the patio as it must have gotten worked on prior to our arrival. All of the furniture was moved to the grass area and was covered with dirt. The house was clean, but could use a deep clean. The beds and couch were very soft, which we found uncomfortable, but that is a personal preference. The couch was smelly and had lots of stains. The most disappointing part was that we were not able to use the golf cart during our entire stay, as the battery was dead. The management company said they would address the issue, but we didn’t see much effort in getting it to work. It was also missing the back bench cushion, which only made it a 4 seat golf cart. The company stated that the cart gets inspected before each arrival, which clearly wasn’t the case. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful stay at Sandestin, but we wouldn’t book this property again.

We love staying on the bay side and in The Fairways. Being able to see the beautiful sunrise and sunsets along with nature is a great way to relax. The golf cart makes it great to get around. The property Management is super responsive. We have stayed with other Managements and yhe experience with My Vacation Haven is the best. The townhome was very clean and had everything we needed.

Very nice property and great location. The property management group was easy to work with and communication from them was very good. I would suggest that a new cleaning service be hired as there was dust and debris under the master bedroom bed as well as the couch. Overall 4 out of 5 stars and would recommend this property to others. Thank you.

Family vacay.
This was a wonderful neighborhood for my family. The pools were very nice and pool temperatures were perfect. The golf cart was an added plus. The condo was clean and all beds were very comfy. Only thing I will advise is that the only bedroom with a TV is the master suite, just in case you sleep with one. Other than that we had absolutely no issues and loved it!

The pictures and description of the vacation property were spot on. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view of the bay and golf course from the back deck was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings with coffee to have a quiet moment away from everything. We went to the beach almost every day. The parking at the beach access point was great, but the actual beach was frustrating and the only negative about our vacation. The hotels set up so many rows of beach chairs and umbrellas for rental that you have to set up your personal beach tent/chairs almost to the dunes at the back of the beach. To walk to the ocean and swim, you have to step over towels and go in between other beach umbrellas and people. About half of the chairs were rented every day so it was ridiculous to have barely any room for the public not staying at a hotel. We tried driving farther away for a different beach access but the opposite was true. No parking available but plenty of beach space. Overall, we would definitely recommend the property and come up with beach access alternatives.

May Vacay!
I stayed here with my husband, 21year old son and my dog. We had a great time! It was so nice to have the golf cart to take to the beach, pool and out to dinner. The house was very comfortable and the location was great! We enjoyed our time very much.

The property was as described. the golf cart was not available when we arrived- we called the office and was informed it was in for repair. The following day a temporary cart was bought to the property for us to use and we were happy with this outcome. would stay again and do recommend.

Property has been nicely updated! Interior photos are not how it looks now but it’s a good change! Everything else is as listed but would suggest replacing beach equipment, the chairs and umbrella are in rough condition. Nice, quiet, beautiful section of the resort. Would definitely stay again. The resort beach is insanely crowded but there are plenty of area beaches to drive to that are much better. We had a maintenance issue with the dryer and My Vacation Haven was very prompt and courteous about fixing it. We really enjoyed our stay!
