This Gulf-front condo in the Scenic Gulf Drive area of Destin Beach and Miramar Beach has views of the Emerald Coast from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Guests enjoy this spacious and comfortable 2nd floor unit and recognize the thoughtful details from the front entrance to the private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Summer and other peak times of the year.

A note about supplies:
Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

BEACH RETREAT COMMUNITY

The Beach Retreat is a pet-friendly community situated along Scenic Gulf Drive, perfect for family vacations and quiet getaways. Beach Retreat is convenient to some of the most popular restaurants in Destin such as The Crab Trap and Pompano Joe's, shopping at Silver Sands Outlet Mall or the Destin Commons Shopping Center, charter-boat fishing from Destin Harbor, walking and biking trails and numerous Destin golf courses. Resort guests enjoy the comforts of home boasting fully stocked units including a washer and dryer, with the added perks of a private beach and a beautiful, large, seasonally heated pool with attached jacuzzi.

Beach Retreat vacation rentals are on Scenic Gulf Drive between Maravilla (to the East) and Beach Resort / Leeward Key (to the West), making it centrally located in Miramar Beach.

Beach retreat 209

The condo is in a great location with good amenities (pool, private beach access with chairs, walking distance to restaurants). However it was not cleaned prior to our arrival: sheets not changed, toilet had feces in it, food on floor, rugs were covered in debris and dirt, laundry left in the dryer. It was very disappointing. The owner did bring us clean sheets in the evening of check in so I was grateful for that. My husband and I were able to get the washer free of mold so that it was usable but the place needs a thorough cleaning.

Super nice well equipped condo in a fantastic location with easy access to the beach, a balcony with a great view of the ocean, nice walking trail/sidewalk for people and pets, secure parking, several excellent seafood restaurants nearby. Property manager was very friendly and helpful.

Phenomenal.

Senior-year spring break vacation. All four families stayed at Beach Retreat in four separate units and we were all very pleased. Our unit was even better in real life than than the pictures. Very comfortable and accommodating in every way. All amenities were top notch but the star of the show was beautiful Miramar Beach. The beach is spectacularly clean - sugar sand white beach and emerald green tropical water. Lots of great restaurants, shopping and Golf close. We will be back!! My

We loved staying in unit #209 at Beach Retreat! Everything from selecting and paying for the condo to check out on our final day went absolutely smoothly! And the condo is beautifully decorated! Location is superb! I will most definitely rent from the Claytons again!

Property was fantastic. Property Management company was very responsive. Apartment was above expectations, right on the beach, beautifully decorated, well stocked. Best part of Miramar Beach. Had an awesome week. The only think that could add to the experience would be to supply beach towels for use with the complimentary chairs and umbrella service which is a very nice touch. Fabulous views and balcony

Love the actual beach

Love the beach, the road traffic, not so much. Close enough to a lot of things, but the trade off is noise. Condo was very nice inside but furniture is oversized and not what is in some of the pictures. The beach is awesome.

We enjoyed our stay in your condo. This condo is located in a very beautiful setting right across from the beach. One thing we found, your toaster needs to be replaced, it burns the bread on one side. I would stay here again.
