This fabulous condo at Westwinds is the ultimate beach vacation respite. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this luxury condo overlooks emerald waters and sandy white beaches. Small but adequate for 4 adults + a sofa sleeper for a couple more. Super easy access to very nice pool area as well as beach. Nice view from fourth floor balcony - partial view of pool area as well as nice view of beach / gulf. Check in and check out process is clearly stated and very efficient. Maybe a little pricey for the size - but it worked out very well for a last minute trip to the beach.

The location was great and condo was as pictured. The only complaints we had were the quality of the mattress, linens and bathtowels. The mattress was super hard and both our backs were hurting by night 3 - so slept on couch a couple of nights. The linens and bath towels were very low quality and had stains. Both shower curtains also needed to be replaced. If these were upgraded it would have been a perfect stay.

This was my first time staying in this property and I was not disappointed. The property looks just like the pictures and it is conveniently located on the beach. This is a beautiful condo that you can tell has been recently updated; the condo was spotless as well. Overall the west winds was a quiet property, however a person on our floor liked to play loud in the afternoon. That was distracting but overall, not an issue unless you like quiet all day. Days before my arrival, the property manager sent all the instructions and information needed about my stay. They send a link to a website that displays all the codes you will need to get into various parts of the property and condo, information on what your rental covers, how to rent beach chairs, and more. Everything I could possibly need for my stay in the property was included on the site. The check in process was simple, however the instructions told me the access code would be ready at 4, it was not. I had to wait between 5-10 after 4p before the access code to enter the property worked. The workers at the property are kind and they are constantly cleaning which maintains the cleanliness of the property. Just like the check in process, check out was a breeze; I feel like I got my money’s worth on this condo. I will definitely rent this property again.

We love the Miramar Beach Sandestin location. The proximity to the golf courses , shopping , restaurants are perfect. We’ve been coming here for 3 years now. Westwinds is a beautiful property. The pool area with all the palm trees adds a very tropical feel in January/February when we stay. We will continue to come here.

Beautiful, secure property! Enjoyed the pool & easy beach access. Close to lots of good shopping & restaurants. The property manager, Denise, isn’t the most friendly so I hope you don’t have to have much dealings with her. Also, make note of limited hot water if you are bringing more than a couple of people.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo! It had everything we needed. I was just right for our family of 5. Elevators were quick and easy. A Highlight was the pool which looks like you are in a tropical resort with all the palm trees! Just gorgeous!

Good but could be better!
It was minimally appointed, for example one dish towel, very cheap bathroom towels, no light bulb above cooktop and only a couple of the under cabinet lights worked. The electrical plug in guest bathroom worked some of the time. The fan light in the guest bedroom went on and off on its own for some reason. A few things that could enhance the property would be a mirror in the guest bedroom to dress by when your partner is using the one vanity bath, and garment hooks on the back of the bathroom doors to hang robes or towels. The property is in a great location and has nice views. With a few tweaks it would be great!

Picturesque views from our balcony. . We had a southwestern view and experienced gorgeous sunsets. Our group made use of the tram service over to Baytown Wharf . Spacious parking. Tropical swimming pool and hot tub area. The condo itself was clean. Our property manager was very helpful.

Great location & condo!!
We booked this last minute trip for myself, mother & daughter who is about to head off to college. The entire experience was great! We normally stay in a house on the beach with our entire family which is around 15 people. Booking this last minute trip for just the three of us was the best decision! We flew in and used uber through out our trip and having the shuttle included made it even better! The location is perfect. I would of loved having a small cooler in the unit for us to use to take down to the beach. Maybe charge a fee if it disappears just like you would do if a tram card went missing?! We did make it work without one but would of been an extra bonus for our few waters and many cold beverages:) Other than that LOL great place.

Beautiful property and great location!
We stayed for 7 days and loved the location. We have an infant, a two year old and a five year old and we were close enough to dining, shops and the grocery store to walk. The condo property had a nice pool that the kids enjoyed and the walk to the beach was quick and manageable. We will be back and appreciated the beautiful decor and easy check in process! Great experience for us.

Great condo! But barely any hot water
We LOVED staying in this condo with our 3 young children. It was cozy and the perfect size for our family. Ocean views and proximity to beach and pool was so important to us and this provided all of that. The only drawback was that the new water heater was small and only provided about 1 hot shower a day. Tried to contact the 24 hour hotline about it but no one returned our calls. We ended up just taking very quick showers but it would be nice if they fixed this issue.
