This beautifully remodeled 4BR-3BA Tivoli villa sets the stage for a memorable family vacation! Tivoli by the Sea is located on the beach side of the Resort in a quiet enclave. Take a short stroll to the nearby Tivoli swimming pool or hop on our golf cart and spin on over to the sandy white beach and emerald waters.

The living area is designed with a vaulted 30ft ceiling and hardwood floors throughout. An expanse of windows overlooking the manicured golf course allows plenty of sunshine indoors. This property features an open floor plan and comfortable living room furnishings and an HDTV. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with cooking supplies and appliances so your party can enjoy evening meals around the dining table.

The master bedroom suite features a king bed, HDTV and an adjoining master bathroom with a whirlpool tub, separate shower and designated vanity area. French doors open from the master bedroom to the screened porch where you can enjoy a picturesque golf course view. The remaining two bedrooms on the main level offer queen beds, ample closet space and HDTVs. Each bedroom has an adjoining full bath. Children and teens love the spiral staircase that leads to the loft style 4th bedroom overlooking the living area. The loft bedroom offers a queen Murphy bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and an HDTV. For your convenience, there is a washer-dryer, and wifi is complimentary.

The Resort features miles of sandy white beaches set against emerald waters, four championship golf courses, tennis center with 15 courts, a 113-slip marina, fitness center and spa. The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a charming pedestrian village with events, shopping, dining, entertainment and nightlife that is located on the bay side of the Resort. Grand Boulevard is located just outside the Resort gates and provides access to additional shopping, dining and entertainment.

Overall a great place

This unit was in a great location; close to great shopping and good restaurants. We golf carted nearly everywhere. The house was beautifully decorated and had comfy beds. It does need some TLC with paint and some newer toilets. The dryer took several cycles to dry a load of clothes, but maintenance informed us it’s the way the building is vented. We did find some items left behind from a previous guest and makeup on the master bed coverlet so housekeeping could definitely have been better. We didn’t cook so I can’t speak for the kitchen supplies. But we did have to buy laundry soap and toilet paper, so take note of that. Overall, it was a great place for our group!

Perfect Getaway

The property was beautiful as described however your ad did not mention all the steps getting in and out of the apartment. My husband and I are both 84 and had to struggle to get up and down the stairs. Also, all of the toilets need to be repaired/replaced because they must be flushed twice to get the job done. We enjoyed the screened porch very much, but it was really dirty. Otherwise our visit was a huge success.

Perfect Location, Great House, Awesome stay!!

This was literally the PERFECT spot and vacation we have had. We go to the beach every year as a big family and this was one of the best. There was 11 of us total this year, 4 kids and 7 adults. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and that was a super plus- no fighting over the rooms! The loft upstairs was perfect for my single brother to sleep during the day and the kids to play during the day. The house was super clean, updated, and very nice!! The golf cart was perfect and the resort literally has everything you need!!! You can ride the golf cart to lots of shops, Publix, and lots of places to eat. The resort has tons of pools, easy beach access, and even mini golf! It’s a beautiful place and you will not be disappointed. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We had NO issues with our week stay. I will say the *only* negative thing I could say about this location would be the beach had lots of resorts/hotels that had all of their rental chairs and umbrellas out so it was a little difficult to find space - tents have to be behind all the rental chairs so that made it difficult for us to see our kids play. But, we ended up just taking our cars 5 minutes down the road to the public beach and it was just as easy!

Dryer problems

The dryer would not dry our clothes. It took forever, 6+ hours to dry small load. I called and they sent someone that day, still didn’t dry clothes, called again and someone else came to blow out vent, which they had determined to be problem. Was told it was blown out and clear, still didn’t dry clothes. Called again and she called appliance company and they said vent probably wasn’t blown out to end of vent. Someone came and disconnected vent from dryer and we were able to dry several loads of clothes last night. Very aggravating not to be able to wash towels for us to take showers. I didn’t realize that there were stairs that were that steep. My son has a prosthetic leg so it was hard on him. We enjoyed the golf cart to ride to the beach even though we couldn’t swim because of the double red fags due to rip current. Found other activities to do. The kitchen could have a few more things; whisk, measuring cups, some plastic mixing bowls

Lovely Beach Stay

This is a beautiful condo that was a perfect place for a beach trip. The living area is beautiful and location conveniently placed in the resort. Loved having the golf cart to breeze over to the grocery store, shopping, or lunch. Thank you for letting us stay!

Great Stay in Sandestin

First time visiting Sandestin & we loved it!!! The condo was spacious & clean. BRAND NEW golf cart!!! Great location- you’re close to it all. Walking distance to the beach, quick golf cart ride to Baytowne Wharf, and restaurants/shopping are all close by! We would definitely stay at this property again.

Loved Destin, not so much the property.

The property was run down. It was not very clean. The railings of all the beds were dirty. In between the nightstands was filthy. The laundry closet was extremely dusty. The windows have not been cleaned in years. The balcony door had fingerprints from previous renters. The sink in one of the bedrooms (the smallest bedroom with a queen bed) was clogged and water kept collecting in the sink. Considering that we came with a 4 months infant, I had to wipe all the counters with antibacterial wipes. Housekeeping does a very poor job of cleaning. Prior to checking in I contacted the property manager and asked to have early check in. Her reply was that check in depended on the housekeeping and that she would inquire when they would be done cleaning the property. Again, considering that we flew with an infant, I was certain that it would be possible to check in at least a few hours earlier than the standard time of 4 pm. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Furthermore, the property manager in the middle of the week asked if the house can be seen for a showing by a realtor?! Overall the location is beautiful. We loved Destin. We loved the beach and the area. We loved having the golf cart. The property is in the process of being sold and no one takes care of that poor house.

Weekend Getaway

We were so happy with our stay here. Even though it was a short stay. We loved how close we were to the beach. The home was big enough to fit us all in comfortably, the area was nice and peaceful. No complaints here what so ever. Would I stay here again? Absolutely yes!

Great location, plenty of space and golf cart was added bonus!

Our family really enjoyed this rental, area was fantastic with easy access to beach, wharf, marina. Must do's are Parlor Donuts, Ben & Jerry's, the Wharf. Minimal necessities are provided at condo so if packing light you may want to add some garbage bags, dishwasher pods and soap. Also, we didn't discover until day 3 that the closet at top of entrance stairs is not locked and where beach accessories are located. We left some items as well. Enjoy!

This place could use a thorough cleaning! Dust balls under the bed, porch floor and furniture needs attention! Windows probably ever cleaned! Master bath toilet closet has holes in the wall and all baseboards need painting. All seats at kitchen table and bar are uncomfortable and hard. Luxurious is a big stretch!

Beautiful, spacious facility in an ideal location!

Encountered a few unexpected problems: 1. No internet for the 1st 4 days 2. Only 2 of the 5 TV's worked for the 1st 4 days, then none of them had reception for the next 2 days. 3. We used the golf cart once, believing it had been repaired. But didn't use it for the rest of the week after being told not to. There were several other minor problems w/dryer, ice maker & oven. However, everything I've mentioned above could be easily addressed & then this will be an ideal place to stay!

Recent visit to San Destin

So disappointed in our condo. The golf cart wouldn’t charge called right away and nothing was done She ignored my calls when I called her after the first call I finally texted her. She refused to offer a credit for no golf cart and my girls were so disappointed We go every year and I won’t be staying here again. The 4th bedroom is a loft with a Murphy Bed which is a mattress leaning against wall. Not like any Murphy bed I have ever seen.

Fantastic Rental Property!

Place was spotless and very well laid out! And the location was better than expected. Rode golf cart to beach and bar/restaurant every day. Very convenient and access to the market on 98 was key as well. I will be back!

This is a 3 bedroom property not a 4. The lost space is considered a bedroom which is not.

Upon arrival we looked for 4 bedrooms, which is not its 4 bedrooms with a loft space that are being called a bedroom. It's not a bedroom bc there is no door so there's not privacy and there is not restroom in the loft area which is up spiral stairs. This is a 3bdroom 3 bath unit. The home was Not clean every ceiling fan has thick dust on them the bathroom boarders are filthy and the TV in the bedrooms didn't work. It's a nice home and great location just not up to standards for the price. U have to pay a cleaning fee for something that's not clean. So y pay. The golf cart seat was broken I reach out to the host Denise who's phone went straight to vmail all weekend. I sent emails and it took her hours to respond and was no help. She stated someone was coming and they never showed up and she never reached back out to see if everything was ok or not. Poor customer service. I would not stay at this property in the future. The area yes but that this home

Big family vacation!

We stayed here for 4 days. The house was clean and organized, the location is good. Close to the pool, beach, restaurant. The golf cart is a nice addition to get around easily. Things that can get better: need more towels and pots to cook, for a big family is not enough pots and pan. The wash and dry machine is old and take awhile to get laundry done. The house is listed as 4 bedroom, but is actually 3 bedroom and upstairs have a space with a tv and 2 sofas bed. People that likes to sleep in a dark room will have problems with the master bedroom, is too much light coming in at night. Overall the house is nice and my family enjoyed a lot. We definitely recommend it!

Awesome property, property manager could use improvement

Nice home in a secured community. Location was great that provided a golf cart that helped transport us to and from the beach vs using the shuttle. Although the home was clean and beautiful, we arrived with very minimal toiletries. Napkin and toilet paper were half full, no dish soap and one trash bag. We arrived to a warm home and realized the AC was out (not good for Mid July stay). Called maintenance upon arrival. Maintenance team arrived around 10pm and the home didn’t completely cool till midnight. We didn’t make a fuss since we were in and out of the home getting groceries, etc. The night before check out, I received a text from housekeeping asking what time I would be checking out. This has not been my first vacation rental and was surprised housekeeping reached out in that manner. Before responding, I remembered how uncomfortable the first 8 hours were upon arriving check in due to AC problems. I figured I’d give it a shot and connect with the property manager to communicate what the experience was like for my family and ask if we could extend check out a few hours to compensate for the hours we lost. Right away, the property manager came through with accusations that she knew that all we wanted was to get free/more time in the condo and went on a spiel on how her properties go through so many checks before units were released and made it sound like we lied about the AC not working. We asked her to check with maintenance on the log and that we were only asking to be compensated for time we lost from the experience from the home. After much back and forth through text and using housekeeping as the middle man, PM agreed to extend check out by one hour. Needless to say, we checked out by 8am. Long story short, home was beautiful but the property manager could use extensive training in how to listen to customers and provide better customer service. Her service was mediocre at best. Put such a damper upon departure. Disclosure, we cleaned up, loaded the dishes into the dishwasher and removed all trash from the inside. Since we couldn’t locate where the outside bins were, we liked out trash bags neatly on the patio. We received a text message picture from the property manager yet again accusing us intentionally leaving trash behind. Love Destin and will continue to go back annually but would definitely double check who manages the property before booking.
