Our home is a great place for a family or two to ENJOY ALL SANDESTIN HAS TO OFFER OR TO SIMPLY RELAX AND UNWIND.
WITH OVER 2,500 SQUARE FEET, OUR HOME IS SPACIOUS ENOUGH TO ALLOW YOU TO HAVE YOUR PRIVACY AND FAMILY TIME TOO!
THE FAMILY ROOM HAS RELAXING FURNITURE, HARDWOOD FLOORS, GAS FIREPLACE AND 60 INCH FLAT SCREEN TV.
THE BACK PORCH IS ACCESSIBLE THROUGH FRENCH DOORS LEADING OUT OF THE FAMILY ROOM. THERE IS AMPLE SEATING AT THE TEAK DINING TABLE FOR FAMILY DINNERS AS WELL AS A PORCH SWING FOR 'CHILLING'. THE BACK PORCH LEADS OUT TO A PATIO AREA WITH COMFORTABLE SEATING AND A WEBER GAS GRILL. THE PRIVATE PIER IS A GREAT PLACE TO FISH FROM OR JUST FEED THE TURTLES.
THE KITCHEN HAS A SUBZERO REFRIGERATOR, NEW ELECTRIC OVEN AND MICROWAVE/CONVECTION OVEN, VIKING GAS COOK TOP AND GRANITE COUNTER TOPS. THERE IS ALSO A SEPARATE UNDER COUNTER ICE MAKER, PERFECT FOR FILLING YOUR COOLERS.
THE SITTING AREA OFF THE KITCHEN HAS TWO CHAIRS ,GREAT FOR SIPPING COFFEE IN THE MORNING WHILE CATCHING UP ON THE NEWS ON THE NEW FLAT SCREEN TV.
OUR HOME HAS A LAUNDRY ROOM WITH FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER AS WELL AS A FOLDING AREA. THE NEW DINING AREA HAS A BAR AREA WITH AN UNDER COUNTER REFRIGERATOR AND MARBLE COUNTER TOP.

THERE ARE TWO BEDROOMS AND TWO FULL BATHROOMS ON THE LOWER LEVEL. ONE BEDROOM HAS A QUEEN SIZED BED, ATTACHED BATHROOM, NEW SONY TV AND PRIVATE ACCESS TO THE BACK PORCH. THE OTHER BEDROOM HAS A NEW QUEEN BED WITH PILLOW TOP MATTRESS AND TV
THE MASTER BEDROOM has a wonderful king size bed, Sony 55 in TV and a comfortable club chair and ottoman. There is a full size bed that is accessible only by going through the master bedroom. The master bathroom has DOUBLE SINKS AND a SEPARATE TUB AND SHOWER . THE SLIDING BARN DOOR LEADS TO AN ADDITIONAL SLEEPING AREA WITH CUSTOM MADE QUEEN BEDS WITH NEW MATTRESSES AND NIGHT STANDS. From the windows in the porch area, you have a view of the small lake and beautiful trees. It almost feels like a tree house.
THE FRONT PORCH HAS A CEILING FAN with LIGHT AND FACES THE CUL-DE-SAC. IT'S A PERFECT SPOT FOR READING A BOOK OR WATCHING YOUR CHILDREN RIDE BIKES.
THE GARAGE HAS BEACH CHAIRS, TOYS AND UMBRELLAS FOR YOUR VACATION.
WE HAVE TWO 4 SEAT GOLF CARTS, ONE OF WHICH IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL. THE OTHER IS ALSO AVAILABLE.

Everything our family of 9 needed!

The house worked great for our needs. We loved the screened in porch with bed swing. Spent lots of time out there. Could see the fireworks at the Wharf from the porch/patio. We really enjoyed having the golf carts and will never rent a Sandestin property again without one. Pam communicated great with me before our stay and made sure I had everything I needed.

Family Vacation!

What a wonderful home!!!! We stayed 11 nights with our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren. Our grandchildren loved feeding the turtles from the dock every day. The home is very spacious and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything that you need to prepare meals. There are also many restaurants in close proximity that you can walk to or take the golf cart. The beach is a short golf cart ride. This was our 3rd time staying in the SanDestin area and we absolutely love it. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

The perfect house!!

We loved the house! Beautiful, super clean, spacious with a lovely screened porch and your own private dock. The golf carts made for fun trips to Publix, the beach and all the great shopping at Grand Boulevard. We will stay here again for sure. The home owner checked on us to make sure all was good. Very thoughtful of her!

Perfect beach house

This house felt so beachy and comfortable in a premier Sandestin neighborhood. The screened in porch and back deck on the water was delightful. House is perfectly equipped. Will definitely stay here again. Ice machine was a bonus. Pam was super helpful. Only cleanliness issue was mold on the Keurig.

Great house

Overall, very good. Upon arrival we did not have hot water but after turning the water heater down and back up it was good everywhere except one of the downstairs showers. Great kitchen, great location, the gas fireplace did not work. Very nice owner. Bed was very comfortable.

Great location inside of Sandestin! Lots of very comfortable beds…Queen in both bedrooms downstairs, big loft upstairs with lots of beds. Great backyard to drink coffee every morning. Golf course is right there. Definitely perfect location. Golf cart was amazing!!

Perfect for our family!

The house is perfect!! The location/neighborhood is close to everything. Great walking trails, beach, Baytowne and Grand Boulevard. The golf carts are a game-changer. The upstairs is a unique layout - wouldn't work for everyone, but it did for us. We didn't need to bring chairs or floaties. The kitchen had plenty of room and everything we needed to cook dinners. The front and back porches provide plenty of spaces to spread out. The grill is great - we used it 3 times while we were there. Feeding the turtles every evening was a daily ritual. Pam was great, we will definitely be back!

Great Place to Stay!

My family of 7 really enjoyed our stay at this property. The kids enjoyed fishing in the lake every day and we all enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch. The house offered plenty of room for all of us and had everything we needed. We loved the golf carts and found the home to be a Great location close to everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Trip had by ALL!

This house is AMAZING! I’ve been to Destin/Miramar Beach 3 times now (2nd time to Sandestin Resort) and this is by far the best house we’ve had. Pam, the owner is incredibly sweet and her home is beautiful, cozy, clean, and practical, down to every last detail! The master was awesome for us and our 2 toddlers who needed their own space. The 2 attached bedrooms worked great for our needs. The master bed is amazingly comfortable. I could’ve stayed there all day if I didn’t have some rays to catch. There were outlets galore for your electronic charging needs, there were shampoos and body washes that my husband couldn’t get enough of, there were plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, & even beach towels. Like I said, every single detail was thought out! The house is very clean and well maintained! The pond out back was amazing for feeding turtles. The daybed porch swing was relaxing and we listened to the frogs sing their tunes multiple nights. There are plenty of TVs too, though I was too busy cruising in our golf carts to really care for those. The neighborhood is quiet. The golf carts are always a favorite of mine in Sandestin and we were so close to Publix and The Grande for shopping and eating. The beach is a short golf cart ride away, as well as the pool (new within the last 2 years and super nice, zero entry, & big), as well as the Wharf, which we visited every night for ice cream and/or the arcade, playground, zip line, carousel, restaurants. Definitely one of my favorite family trips so far and this house was a BIG reason for that! Highly highly recommend Sandestin Resort and highly highly recommend this property for a big family or two smaller families or a fun girls trip :)
