Nestled in a serene cul de sac, you are just a short walk from the finest beaches the Emerald Coast has to offer. The rental includes a 6 seater golf cart for guest use, so traveling throughout the resort and to nearby areas for shopping and dining will be a breeze!

High ceilings surround you upon entry into the 4 bedroom + a special bunkroom, 3 bath retreat that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The spacious floor plan boasts a fully equipped, modern kitchen complete with granite countertops, white cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. It will be a popular spot as the group gathers for late morning brunches or afternoon snacks. The dining area and bar include enough seating for everyone to dine together. After eating, lounge awhile on the multiple seating options in the living area and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat screen television.

Downstairs, you’ll find two guest rooms featuring queen beds. Upstairs, there is another guest bedroom with two queen beds. The younger ones will love the special bunkroom, which features a twin bed and a set of twin over twin bunk beds. The master suite is also upstairs and features a king bed, private balcony access, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Wonderful stay in the Panhandle
We booked this villa with family to attend a wedding on Solaris at the Sandestin Resort. The villa was perfect for our needs - 8 adults and 1 child. We used the golf cart to get to the beach, which was only a 5 minute ride. Perfect stay.

Sensational Place
Villa was beautiful and very comfortable, my family really enjoyed the stay and vacation here. Great location and the golf cart was a plus my girls really enjoyed the ride to the beach and swimming pool and the restaurants next to the villa. I highly recommend this villa and will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful Condo
We came for a wedding at the Grand Sandestin resort. Our location was a perfect location to all the festivities. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed their stay, I would highly recommend this property. Nicely decorated and a well stocked kitchen.

A nice place to stay during fall break
Twelve of our family stayed in this lovely home for a week. Pro's - Great location at the end of the street, fairly recently remodeled, clean, well-equipped kitchen, good beds, 2 good golf carts which we used a lot, you can fish right off the back deck. Con's - can be hard to find a parking spot when the resort is crowded, and access to the bunk room requires you to go through one of the bedrooms - not a big deal. Would we rebook this again? You bet. Thanks for making your home available to us.

Family Vacation
The property is just as pictured. We had 4 adults and 5 kids under 11. The kids enjoyed waking up and being able to fish. Not far from the beach at all with the golf cart. The kids enjoyed the rides every time and us adults enjoyed not having to get in our car the whole week. We enjoyed going to the other side for dinner and lots for the kids to do and exploring. We will definitely be back to this area! Between Destin, ft. Walton and Pensacola this was our favorite. I also want to add the air was down for us when we arrived and the unit smelt as clean as it appareled.

Amazing vacation!
We absolutely loved this property! We have been coming to Sandestin for many years and this property is by far our favorite! The property was immaculate and had everything we needed! The two golf carts were such a blessing to us to use to get back and forth to the beach and to Baytowne. It is just a quick little golf cart ride to the beach! Thank you so much for all the chairs and beach toys for us to use during our stay. Communication with the rental property management was amazing! We will definitely be back to stay during our next trip!

What a great stay!!! We loved it here!!! The condo was clean and spacious. We had 4 adults and 5 children and were very comfortable in the condo. The location was perfect for us. We had the 6 person golf cart which we could use to get to the beach, pool, golf, restaurants, and shopping. We would love to come back!!!

Very few basic supplies
We got only one kitchen trash bag for a 7 day stay. Had to also buy toilet paper. No Kleenex. No Salt/pepper. Many small fixes could be done to appear cleaner. For example, a liner in the cabinet where kitchen trash can is to cover up rotting wood. Disgusting. There is no stopper for the kitchen sink. Duh! Silly simple stuff. Doesn’t seem like too much to expect for close to $2800. And really frustrating that I reserved it when 2 golf carts were in the deal. But of course that was false advertising.

Great property
Very nice home. Very clean. Had read a review that the upper bedroom was warm so I was a bit concerned about the AC. Turns out the AC worked awesome. Description says the beach is a short stroll away. That is in no way correct. It is quite a drive to a parking lot then a pretty good walk to get to the boardwalk that goes to the beach. So dont think you are going to grab a towel and a beach chair and walk out to the beach. But on the positive side, unlike the public beach access points, there is plenty of parking available for this gated community to access the beach. Also, where the board walk starts, there is a very nice bar and grill. The staff there was awesome, the food was great, the drinks were great, and there was always an available table. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Fourth of July family vacation
So before I got to the property I had already made up my mind that I was not going to rate it very high. because of the fact that it is supposed to have two golf carts and it only has one four seater.and I had booked it in December and was notified three weeks prior to my arrival that we would only have one golf cart . Instead of having 2 which was the only reason that we booked it and was offered to move for a $2700 charge which I think they were crazy so we stuck with the property.. but with all that being said I am glad that we did because the property is very spacious great location and I would stay there again but they do need to upgrade to a six seater golf car..And the management company was very prompt at fixing issues that we had with the property and I cannot say anything bad about them so I do recommend this property once I got to it and I had read where someone says it is hot the house was very cool and comfortable..

This property is even nicer in person than in the pictures! Plenty of room for you and your guests. It's decorated very nice and beachy. All the amenities of home. The balcony is a great place to relax with your coffee in the morning and the unwind in the evenings. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This listing was not as advertised when we booked. We have enjoyed many years of staying at different properties in this area and this was the worst experience we’ve had. When we booked this property we originally booked it because it advertised providing two golf carts. Before our trip we realized they had changed the listing to show only one golf cart, and even though offered a small refund it did not help us with our family size. We ended up having to make multiple trips to the beach every day. We should’ve been contacted ahead of time has this was the main reason we rented this property. The golf cart that was provided was in poor condition. The home also had many other issues. The master TV downstairs was unwatchable because the screen was broken, the garbage disposal in the house did not function at all and the dryer barely dried our towels. In addition to this the master bedroom stayed hot the entire trip. There were no basics like salt and pepper etc. that are normally provided in most homes we’ve stayed at. Even though we really love the beach and I’ve never had a bad experience at any of the homes we stayed at we would not rent this property again.

We had a wonderful time while renting this property! It was clean and had everything we needed. Decorated very pretty and modern. The only problem was that when I booked it was advertised on the first page of the listing as having 2 golf carts but just a couple of weeks before our arrival their listing had changed and they now had only one. They did not notify us of this change, but They were gracious though and gave us some money back being that what we had booked was no longer available. I would definitely stay here again if they were to update their golf cart to a six seater. It does not work having one four seater for a house that sleeps 8. Other than that it was a very nice place and we had a great time! We really like the location as well.

Just right
We definitely enjoyed staying here. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. We had two golf carts so our family could go separately to places. We cooked (ok I did) a few meals and had everything we needed. Loved sitting out back and looking at the small lake. The location is perfect.

We rented unit due to 2 golf carts...plans for using them both. Two days before, they texted and told me only 1 would be available. Too late to order another. In fact, it was sitting in front of the condo...which caused problems parking. Also, units were rented out to folks with loud barking dogs....
