*The Beachside II pool renovation project will occur now through May 15, 2025. During this time, the pool and pool deck, as well as beach access and walkover, will be closed. For the duration of the project, guests will have access to the Beach House Pool located next to Beachside II, the Phil Hummel Pool on the north side of the resort and the Linkside Pool opening January 2025. Guests can access the beach from the resort’s private beach access, the Hilton public beach access or the Beach House Restaurant – all located less than .25 miles from Beachside II, with the main access connecting right next to the building. Rates during this time will reflect a 15% discount.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a custom tile backsplash, is the perfect place to prepare a special meal to share with family and friends. And with seating for six at the dining table as well as seating for four on the private balcony, there is room for everyone to enjoy!

The beachfront master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, a flat-screen HDTV, private balcony access, and oversized windows granting unobstructed beach and ocean views. Guests can enjoy an en suite master bathroom complete with a walk-in closet, double vanity, and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom, professionally decorated in breezy blues and pastel greens, offers a cozy queen bed, a flat-screen HDTV, and ample closet space. The full bathroom, conveniently located adjacent to the second bedroom, features a large walk-in shower. This unit also includes a full-size washer/dryer and complimentary high-speed wireless internet.

Nice condo with beautiful view
This condo was beautifully furnished with an amazing view. Master bedroom was large with view of the gulf and balcony. The kitchen was minimally stocked with tiny coffee cups that barely held the smaller cup setting on the keurig so we went and bought our own mugs. There were no dish rags to hand wash anything, only one dish towel. There weren’t many hangers and they were the type that were attached to the rail and couldn’t be moved and there was a bench below with bags of floor mud for renovations sitting on top of it so your clothes were resting on floor mud bags. The condo seems to have some wiring issues too. Only one of the plug ins worked in each outlet by the couch and same for one side of master bed.This is our second time staying at this resort and the beach service is absolutely terrible although it is of no fault of the condo owner just a shame for such a nice property. They let people set up chairs, umbrella, and tents in front of your rented chairs. We had rented chairs and umbrella and were in the same spot all week. We went in one day to eat for two hours and came back and they had taken our name off the chairs and rented them out to someone else and said we should have left something there so they knew we weren’t done and then moved us all the way to the end of the row on the other side. The beach service guys largely just play football all day. When the wind blew an umbrella away, several guests were trying to catch it and put it back.

The condo was very clean, although it did have a pretty significant mildew smell which I know can bother some people. The location was great and it was super easy to walk to the water. Communication was great and I didn’t have any issues getting into the property or condo.

Location is great. Can’t beat waking up every morning overseeing the ocean from the 18th floor. The check-in process and the communication with the manager was fantastic. The building itself was okay. It is an old building and you can see the wear and tear of the facilities. The condo was good. We had traffic jam in the elevators various times. Overall is was a good stay.

Property views are outstanding. Furniture (couch) could use a trip to goodwill. The doorbell is broken and the washer/dryer combo is worthy of the Smithsonian. Updated bathrooms and walk-in shower and water pressure was great. Kitchen was updated nicely, but tools were just adequate. Overall I do recommend this unit.

The overall property/resort area was very impressive. We loved the area. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. One bit of advice ... try to leave on any day but Sunday esp during the summer when school is out ... because the wait for elevators was very lengthy; with everyone leaving at the same time. I'll plan accordingly for my return visit(s).

This property was a great place for our family of six to stay. There was plenty of room for the four adults in the bedrooms and the children on the sleeper sofa. The kitchen was nice with new appliances. It was super close to the beach and to a solid dining option. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo with an even better view
I was in town for a weekend for a condo at the Hilton next door. This condo was the perfect location to be able to walk to the Hilton and have a quiet place to come back to at the end of the day. The shuttle service around the area was amazing considering I didn’t bring a car. I will definitely be back for that view alone!

Great Condo Overall with Gorgeous Views!
When I booked I didn’t realize it was on the 18th floor as that wasn’t very visible in the description. I am not keen on heights however it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be and the condo was perfect for us. We felt very comfortable here. The views were amazing from the balcony and the condo was very clean. The property manager was very responsive with our questions. Overall, we would definitely stay in this condo again.

Perfect for a weekend getaway
We have been taking a family beach vacation for the last few years in November. I cannot say enough good things about this place. For the price and the location it was perfect for our family. It’s right beside the Sandestin Beach Resort and is gated to get in. The location of the condo right off the elevator was fantastic. The views from the master bedroom are amazing. The property was having some construction done which was part of the listing and the price was reflective of that but it didn’t bother us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The owner was very responsive to texts and calls about checking in. It was tricky at times with getting the electric plugs to work because a light switch controls them and had a light out in the closet in the master but aside from those couple little hiccups, everything else was great. Definitely recommend this condo if you want some great views and quick access to the beach.

Great beach condo
The condo was just like the description and photos. The view was great and the condo was clean with a very comfortable bed. Our only hiccup was checking in. We got to the condo at 10pm and guard at the gate said we needed a parking pass. We had to get across the road to get one from the San Destin resort. The building has no sign saying the name of the condo either. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our fall beach trip! Thanks!

Wedding Trip
We went down for a long weekend and stayed here. The place was nice, clean and has a great view. While the kitchen has all of the appropriate stuff. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We did have some issues on arrival with the codes, but they answered the helpline and provided immediate assistance.

Sandestin Resort Headache
Let me start by saying all in all, we had a good vacation. The water and weather was very nice. Now, to the negatives and why we will not rent from this company or Sandestin Resorts again.. When we selected the property on VRBO, the listing indicated there was a hot tub on the property - which we found out was incorrect when we arrived. The cleanliness was subpar, at best. The table had a sticky spot with hair stuck to it when we arrived. The counters were sticky, and the coffee table in the living room was gritty - I’m sure from the precious renters propping their feet up. The kitchen was a bit lacking with cooking utensils. There are black spots above the shower which could be mold or mildew, I’m not sure, and the shower in the master bath doesn’t close all the way. There are no bathtubs in the unit, which is true to the listing, which wasn’t a concern to me at first because I thought we would have a hot tub. The resort is a headache. There are codes for EVERYTHING. There are restaurants in different parts of the resort that we didn’t even bother trying to go to because we didn’t have a code and didn’t feel like sitting in the line to tell the guard what we wanted. Also, I’m guessing because there are so many condos and properties within the resort, the beach and water were so overly crowded the entire week! The stretch of beach in front of Beachside 2 was FILLED with Sandestin chairs and umbrellas, which other renters would move around, so it took serious navigation to get through all the chairs to get to the ocean.

Everything was great and as described. Clean. The view was unbelievable. It rained everyday but we still had a good time. Beach access was nice. The pool was usually empty. My daughter enjoyed it. It was a little to chilly for me. We always found parking close to door. Location was good. We were close to everything. Overall nice trip.

Views great- not super clean- kitchen significantly lacking for cooking purposes - significant mold above showers on ceiling- bathrooms felt dirty/kitchen counter with muck on it and visible food in sink- offered to come reclean/treat mold but In the context of covid and two little ones- declined- poor lighting- fixture and fan above dining broken -pool nice- location nice-beds suitable - enjoyed glass balcony partition/patio furniture- most likely wouldn’t stay here again
