Great stay

Clean, spacious property with easy check in and check out process. The pool is great and close beach access. The Sandestin resort is easy to get around and has plenty to do. Condo has beach chairs for free as well as beach service available for extra. We loved our stay and will be back!

Great view of the Gulf!!

One of the best views of the Gulf we have had and a very spacious condo. However the floors were dirty as the bottom of our slippers were black. We also had to purchase pillows as the ones at the condo were paper thin. The master bath shower head needs to be replaced, along with the water being shut off 5 times. Overall, for the price, we will look elsewhere.

The property manager’s required info for check-in was over the top (phone, email, picture ID and DL#). Having had my identity stolen previously, I was concerned but provided these given that they assume all costs if the info was shared (purposely or by accident). Otherwise all was great.

Beautiful property

This property is absolutely beautiful. The location is great with beautiful views. Its newr great shops and eateries. The actual property itself was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and it even came stocked with lounge chairs for the beach if you forgot. The check in process is easy and hassle free. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful view and great location

The location of this condo was amazing. It gave us a great view across the beach and we could see Dolphins swimming in the ocean. The area was very convenient as well. The only negative was the furniture and cabinets had taken a beating but it wasn’t too bad.

Sandestin never disappoints

We enjoyed the views and the weather! The unit was nice, slightly worn but I guess it’s a rental so we can’t complain. We had some issues and they sent maintenance to promptly address them.

Fabulous getaway

Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and great view from balcony of this lovely condo on the top floor. There was plenty of balcony furniture for everyone to gather for evening sunsets. The beach was great and pool was wonderful. There is beautiful landscaping everywhere and the area has lots of activities. Plenty of pots and pans, but a few are worn and need to be replaced. However, overall this was a 5 star stay. Can’t wait to return.

First family trip in years and it didn’t disappoint!!

The grounds were clean and easy to get around. Staff were friendly and helpful. We love the beach so the direct access was wonderful. We loved the large size of the bedrooms so no one felt cramped. And the spacious kitchen and living room were great for hanging out and winding down after long days in the sun.

Great Vacation Get away

My only complaint was the trip was over really quickly😄 My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable and the location was great . The view from the balcony was incredible. Everything was incredible, I fully recommend staying here. I cannot wait to come back.

Property is beautiful. Condo is great! Negative was trying to find a spot on the beach to sit. We take out own chairs We love to sit next to water. 4 rows of rental chairs clogged the beach. Pool was great and spent more time there than the beach.

Great condo with spectacular view of the gulf

Very spacious condo for me and my family. Clean upon arrival. Everything I needed to cook meals was found in the kitchen. Beach chairs/umbrella and boogie boards in the laundry room were a plus for the kids. Loved the view of the beach. Will definitely book again! Thank you.

Great stay / Good Condo

This was a great stay. We have stayed at Westwinds many years. Their 3 bedroom units are spacious and always nice. The views from this condo were beautiful from the top floor of Westwinds. The kitchen has what we needed. The floors are gorgeous in this one seem to be new and add to the quality of this one. The memories we make at Sandestin every year would make it difficult for me to rate anything less than a 4. We would stay in this unit again but it was a few things that weren’t ideal were: -one of the plastic outlet covers broke when we simply tried to plug something in. Didn’t seem to be installed properly. Felt a little unsafe with small kids and an exposed outlet. -the furniture in the main living area is setup in such a way that it takes away from the total area the unit offers. The couch particularly is not extremely comfortable. -the beds had a weird sheet setup. Sheet that covers the mattress would consistently come off the mattress overnight. Also there didn’t seem to be bedspreads which was odd. None of these things were deal breakers just heads up for the owners. We had a great 10 day stay as always.
