A place for a good-night rest

There was a problem with my reservation. Apparently expedia didn't provide hotel with all necessary information. Therefore my check-in lasted around 45 minutes. The reception person handled the matter very well, though. Calmly resolved the issue despite being alone at the desk on Friday evening check-in time. We got spacious, clean, quite room. The Inn is a fine, well-kept place, showing its age, though. Not in a center of Missoula, which provides a chance for good-night rest.

I wish there was a small fridge in the room. I did ask if my cheese & deli turkey could be stored in the hotel's kitchen fridge & they accimmodated me. Otherwise the hotel was clean & quiet

Great place for the price. Air conditioning was great given the outside temperatures. Only complaint would be they need more pillows for the bed.

Good value for a short stay

Good place for a short stay while traveling. Bed was comfortable and room was large. Liked having my car right outside room. Refrigerator smelled bad so didn’t use. Bedspreads looked about 50 years old. Felt like a trip back to the 1970s. Best price available for our short stay in Missoula so I don’t regret —but wouldn’t want to hang out in that room for a longer stay

The room is very old. We had 2 Queens. The box springs are broken, extremely stained with brown huge spots all over them, along the sides, with the bottom lining hanging off on both. Blankets, carpets, and furniture look original from the early 90s. The chairs were dirty and stained. Sketchy people hanging around the hotel. I was nervous my motorcycle would be stolen and gone in the morning, but it wasnt. Hair dryer kept overheating and shutting off, I couldnt use it.

It was clean. It was evident the property was being updated but essential things like new mattresses were not. We had to leave because my husband has bad reactions to certain smells - like cleaners. We left an hour after checking in. The management was very gracious to refund our money for the room.

Worked great for a stopover in Missoula. Walking distance to the fair grounds . Corner room was HUGE ! dated but clean. Staff were great.
