Helpful and kind!
Lisa at the front desk was amazing, as were all the front desk people. They went above and beyond for a situation that we had and they were so kind. Not fancy, but absolutely worth it!

Disgusting. Floors were completely stained and filthy and desk clerk was walking through the lobby barefoot. No elevator. Located right off the freeway next to a truckstop and casino. Did not feel safe. Asked for a refund without even seeing the room.

I paid $200 for a single queen bed for one night. All facilities and furniture were outdated and not very clean. The carpets, esp hall and stairs, were black in high use areas. Staff smoked right outside entrances so I had to walk through smoke to get inside. Parking lot had garbage and weeds. It worked ok for a one-night stay on my road trip, but definitely not a place for kids or extended stay.

Gaybashed by staff
Was gaybashed on multiple occasions by the staff. And once I called corporate to complain they couldn’t have handled it worse. They began interrogating and aggressively gaslighting me through the door of my room. The deranged bigoted employee who gaybashed me with a homophobic slur further harrassed me while denying and gaslighting me during checkout. It was a very traumatic stay.
