The red lion was a nice motel the pool was out of service the place is run down. A lot of homelessness around. But close to a nice Safeway and two breweries

They did not have our room ready in time, we had to wait 2 hours. The man who checked us in was very rude, but the rest of the staff that we interacted with were very nice. Our room was not clean when we finally got into it.

It was horribly dirty.The floors and furniture tops were grimy. The TV wouldn't work. The front desk guy couldn't fix it either. The microwave wouldn't work. The bathroom sink drain was stuck closed. The walls are all chipped and ugly. The hallway was filthy with blown leaves (they obviously had been there awhile) I would say don't stay in this dump. Wish I had taken pictures but didn't want to revisit the memory. One of us stayed at this property several years ago and it was nice. Very disappointing after this visit. We left as soon as we could.

This used to be a really nice property - back in the 1990s but it looks and feels likes its 35 years older with minimal investment/upkeep. Carpets were old, but at least the bed was good and linens clean. The breakfast offering was very poor quality - we ate breakfast in town.

It looked as though the remodel had gone on for years and still had years to go. The bathroom was dirty and I didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower. Overall Red Lion sucked.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The first assigned room was so smelly we couldn't even walk in. They "upgraded" us to a king and this one didn't smell. Had to wear flip flops in the shower. The sheets and towels were clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall the fee was too high for the quality.
