Beautiful Townhome adjacent to the Pool and Hotub

Come and relax after a busy day of sightseeing, rafting, hiking, biking, jeeping, or golfing. This clean and comfortable unit with amenities will add to your vacation experience in Moab.

The home is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, dishware, cookware and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has toilet paper, liquid body wash, shampoo. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided) All bed linens, shower towels, washcloths and pool towels are provided. There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

All bedrooms are located upstairs in this unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has it’s own TV. There is also a full bathroom located upstairs. The ground level also includes a walk-out patio, living room, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom and washer and dryer room. The walk-out patio provides stunning views of the La Sal Mountains and the red-rock rims, as well as a gas barbecue grill and cafe table and chairs.

The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store your golf clubs, mountain bikes, jeeps, side by sides, or the hot-rod you're bringing for the Moab Car show.

This is an interior unit - There is a driveway pad located outside of all interior units. The garage door is 16 FT IN in width, height is 7 FT 10 IN, and the depth of the garage is 21 FT. The length of the driveway pad outside of the garage is 36 FT and 16 FT in width. For additional parking, Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community that the unit is located in) and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, Jeeps, RZRs, and trucks if the garage does not fit these vehicles.

Cancellations need to be done at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund.

Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather. Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.

Great place to stay

This was a very comfortable place to stay for our family of six. The beds were comfy, house was clean, the TVs and Internet were great. The pools were nice (but cold the week we were there). The garage was great for our truck and bikes. There was a nice tennis court and we were wishing we had brought our pickleball stuff. We were about 15-20 minutes from Main Street Moab and Arches, so a good location.It would be great if the owner would add a few more dishes and silverware. Also there wasn't a bathroom door lock on the main floor bathroom that we could tell. But overall we had a great trip.

This property was perfect for our needs:). There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t there. The unit was very clean and nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and soaps. This place has a nice garage and a deep driveway which was super nice for parking our side by sides. I will stay here again if it’s available for our next trip to Moab.

Great price for the size of accommodation. Location was good for families too. Much quieter. It is a little trek to downtown but nothing too bad. Great amenities with the pool and play park. We were missing a few items when we arrived but they were delivered to us after contacting the manager.

Location is perfect

Nice stay in South Moab

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our family of five fit very comfortably and had plenty of room to spread out. Townhouse is conveniently located next to the complex pool, but beware there is a hard close at 9pm, which seems early during the summer since the sun is not even down yet. We had a little trouble with check in, but Holly was prompt to respond via text and got us sorted out. Townhouse is easily accessed from downtown Moab and about a 15 minute drive to Arches. We would definitely stay again.

Great place close to the pool!

We had a great time at this property! The unit was clean and well stocked. The garage was an excellent place to store and work on our mountain bikes and motorcycle. The pool was just across the driveway, so everyone could come and go between the two places.

A little hot upstairs

Overall the house was nice, clean and in a good area, BUT the thermostat is not able to go below 72. That’s fine downstairs, but upstairs was a hotter, and made for an uncomfortable night, and if the window was open, the road noise was a little loud.

Great place to stay for a spring mountain bike getaway. The garage was so nice! Bedrooms were great. Communicative property manager. Pool was pretty crowded on the weekends but the weekdays were chill. There was a spice rack but bring salt and pepper!

Great Property

We came for a weekend of golf and hiking in Arches. The property was as described, and in close proximity to the pool. The only drawback was the hot tub was small and inadequate to accommodate all the condos in the development, and had very limited hours.

The property was very nice with a good amount of space comfortable beds and great appliances exactly as advertised. The large garage is an added benefit. Convenient; less than 10 minutes to Moab and and an easy drive to 2 National Parks.

Nice Place Close to Arches

Great location for visits to Arches/Canyonlands National Park. House was clean, well-stocked, and as described in listing. Check-in could have been smoother, key wasn’t in lockbox so had to contact property manager for garage door code. Would stay again.
