Perfect! Great location
I loved this hotel. Easy parking and convenient location. We walked to dinner. Our room was spacious and had everything we wanted. I’m tend to not book private hotels, but this hotel was so accommodating and pleasant that I probably will now shy away from chain hotels.

LOVE this place! They have perfected what you need to a tee. Free laundry! Comfy bed. A bit dated but perfect spot after a long day of travel, hiking or touristing

This is a great motel to spend a couple of nights to go visit Moab. The room was clean and check in was easy. The motel is convenient and walkable to shops and food.

Good location - walking distance to downtown. It had a lot to park our trailer. The only cons with this property is that it is somewhat noisy at night even though they supply earplugs. Also our keurig wasn’t working properly

Right in downtown Moab with numerous shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Parking right next to room makes moving liggage easy. Free laundromat was very nice. Recliners great for watching tv. No free breakfast so had to forgo the fake eggs and mystery meat that all of the other hotels serve. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Thank you so much for making my wife's birthday perfect. The luxury house was fantastic. Beautiful rooms, outside grilling area, courtyard, front porches and private parking. Best place to stay in Moab.

Staff (Stacy) went above and beyond to connect me with transportation alternatives and good restaurants. She takes pride in her work. AC was excellent and room was very spacious w/ great cable tv. Bed was superior and comfy.
