Clean and appears newer. Beds were very comfortable. They stocked shampoo and conditioner along with soft soap. The pool was heated and warm which the kids loved. We parked our trucks with trailers on the street there was plenty of room because the lot across the street is currently empty. We loved the location for our UTV because it is close to Kane Creek road. Washer and dryer was great.

Great family getaway
Scott and Sarah’s place was great and accommodated our group of 9 very comfortably. It was very clean, nicely furnished, stocked with absolutely everything we needed. The pool right outside the door was great and bikes were fun to ride around the neighborhood. The place is a short distance to the center of town and short drive from Arches NP. The management company was fantastic, checking in to make sure we were settled when we checked in and were supper responsive when a small issue came up. I wound definitely recommend this place!

Thank you for a perfect wedding weekend! We were in Moab for our son’s wedding in Arches and the home was immaculate and so well stocked with everything we needed and more! The pool and hot tub was a nice way to cool off in between festivities and wind down at night.

Wonderful time in Moab
Our family of 6 had a wonderful time in Moab. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved the convenience of walking to Snake Oil Coffee and to town for meals. It was an easy drive to Arches and Canyonlands (The Needles was our favorite!) Our kids can't wait to come back!

Perfect holiday house to relax, visit Arches, Canyon Land
Impeccably clean, with very well equipped kitchen and spacious for 7 adults. Super responsive management. Apparently the kettle was missing, they got us one almost immediately. Everything is close by. We hiked everyday at Arches and Canyon Land. We enjoyed the stay of 4 nights tremendously.
