On the outside, it looks like a lower-to-middle end hotel, but on the inside of the room things improved. The double-shower head was one huge benefit after a long day in the heat on the trails of the national parks. The beds were comfortable and there was a descent amount of room. I didn't get a chance to try the pool, but the on-site restaurant was awesome.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
It's a very conveniently located very affordable property for what it is. Wouldn't stay here.kore than 1 or 2 nights because there simply aren't any facilities but if you're on a road trip and need a night to visit The Arches, absolutely fine.
Great location for walking to shops, groceries, restaurants and sign up for adventures. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub looked great however we did not use them. Room was very comfortable and the bed and pillows were very cozy. The double shower head looked a bit wonky but the shower was great.
Great hotel in downtown Moab. Location is superb. It is walking distance to everything you need. Room is very spacious. We didn’t expect for the room to be that big. The beds and pillows are very comfy. Blackout curtains worked really good. Inside the room is quiet and has good sound proof. Pet fee of 25 dollars is okay. The frontdesk not the friendliest but is helpful. I will definetly come back again.
Simple Motel feel, should be called Motel of Downtown. Definitely not a hotel.
Rooms are simple and plain. Showers need remodeling. Shower curtains were so cheap and embarrassing, water couldn’t stay in.
The floors were filthy, cleaning crew definitely forgot or skipped the mopping.
I expected more for $169 a night. The photos are better than what you experience.
We enjoyed a nice 3-day stay. Room was clean and comfortable, all necessary amenities/conveniences like coffee, microwave, fridge, etc. Very quiet even though it's on Main Street. Excellent breakfast/lunch restaurant right next door, and other dining options within walking distance abound!
Excellent location in downtown Moab, which made it real easy to walk to everything. Beware though that this hotel is very dated and is in need of some major upgrades. Air conditioning barely worked, curtains were falling off the rod, toilet was so low to the ground that I felt like it was one made for a dwarf or kids. Two of the lamps didn’t work. And the tray the Keurig coffee maker sat in was flooded. I would not stay here again.
Did not realize breakfast was not included. Price was higher than expected and we were told that it is peak season so guess they could charge more money than what we were expecting thru Expedia
