Idk if we just got a bad room but the bathtub was nasty there was a bug in the sink when we for there and the room was very run down cabinet falling off and the hot tub and pool definitely needing cleaning only good thing was the location

This was a convenient location and nice to have a ground floor entrance, since we traveled with (2) medium size dogs. We were able to get on the trail system next to the property and walk our dogs to the dog park and back. Worked perfectly for us.

I enjoyed staying here...My only complaint was the lady at the front desk, when she finally came out of the office after I had to stand around yelling hello, was not pleasant to deal with. She wasn't rude or anything, just not inviting and short when I asked questions.

The place has been updated, and the double headed shower head is something to behold. Across the street from the moab diner, a great place for a scoop of ice cream after dinner.

The property was close to a lot of restaurants that were within walking distance. The room itself was a good size, but not very clean. I wouldn’t even sit in the chair they provided because it looked so stained. One of our beds was broken so we had to sleep together in the other one. Hotel staff were adequate, but not very friendly or helpful.

I found a dead cockroach near the sink. And in the morning the service lady knocked door around 9 am and try to push us out. If ok I would like to have my money back. I have a photo and video for that dead cockroach if you need. Thank you for asking.

Terrible place to stay.
When we arrived we seen plenty of baby ants inside the room at the entrance. The restroom sink was clogged. Beds and furniture are outdated. The AC was warm. Hair in the bathtub and on the towels. We definitely won’t be staying here again.
