If you like cooking, our fully stocked kitchen will have all the cooking utensils you'll need. After dinner, relax on our patio or in the living room while you plan your next Moab adventure.

Our house has some of the best views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal mountains in this neighborhood. You can enjoy these while relaxing on the patio or while gazing out our large picture windows located throughout the house.

BEDROOMS:
- The Master Bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen bed with a large en suite attached.
- The 2nd bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen bed.
- The 3rd bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen bed.

BATHROOMS:
- The master bedroom en suite bathroom is a full bathroom with his and hers sinks, a full tub and shower and a toilet.
- There is a half bath off of the main living room and kitchen area that has a sink and toilet.
- The final bath is located upstairs next to the bedrooms and has a sink, full tub and shower and toilet.

OTHER BEDDING:
- We have a loft upstairs that has a sofa bed that can sleep up to 2.
- We also have a single rollaway bed located in the master bedroom closet that can be used just about anywhere in the house that can sleep 1.

LIVING ROOM:
- We have an open space living room with 2 couches, a large flat screen TV, a gas fireplace and amazing views from the large picture windows of the Moab Rim.

KITCHEN:
- Our extremely well stocked kitchen can handle just about any of your cooking needs.
Kitchen items include a coffee maker, spice rack, plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, cutting boards, cooking knives, cookie sheets, mixing bowls and measuring cups.
- We have an island with bar stool seating for 4. The island contains the sink and the dish washer.
- The kitchen also includes a stove and cooktop, microwave and refrigerator.

DINING:
- We have a dedicated dining space that has a table and chairs with seating for 6.

LAUNDRY:
- We have a washer and dryer that is available for your use just off the kitchen. We do provide a few packets of laundry soap for your stay if you need to do a wash or 2.

PATIO:
- We have patio dining with an outdoor table and seating for 6.
- We have a natural gas BBQ grill that can be used for some burgers, steaks or other BBQ items.

GARAGE:
- Our garage is perfect for storing your adventure items while on vacation. Motorcycles, mountain bikes, jeeps, outdoor gear or cars. The garage can accommodate 2 vehicles. Some larger trucks don't fit in the garage however.

PARKING:
- Besides the garage we have first come, first served parking spaces out the front door of our house. This parking area is also convenient for pool and hot tub access.
- Large trailers and trucks can be parked on Red Valley Circle or Village Drive which are the nearby access roads for the subdivision.

POOL/HOT TUB:
- The pool is very convenient from our house. Head out the front door, take a left and your are there after a short 30 second walk.
- The community facility contains 2 pools that are heated.
- There is a single hot tub that can fit 10 people.
- There is a covered pavilion with picnic tables.
- For the kids, there is a nice playground with a slide and swings.
- Finally, there is a full tennis court with basketball hoops.
- We provide pool towels for use on your vacation.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment.

The property is a self contained condo. Garage takes a fullsize SUV (Nissan Armada) Full kitchen area available. We dined out in Moab which is about 5-10min in the car. Entrance to Arches Nat. Park is 5 min further. Pool looked good. Basket ball in garage, and hoop where the pool is. Nice place to chill.

Perfect Getaway Condo
Our group of 3 couples truly enjoyed our stay here. The place was immaculate and perfect for our group with off road vehicles. It had everything that we needed and the beds were super comfortable. We all were impressed and will definitely look to book here again on our next trip back to Moab.

Porch view
Easy excellent communication with owner. Great view from porch Garage parking. Close to anything you would like to do in Moab but far enough out you don’t feel like your in the city. Pool, tennis courts and basket ball court kept the kiddos entertained while we weren’t out seeing the sights. Plenty of utensils and cookware to do your own cooking. Gas grill on the porch was great. Just remember while your enjoying the scenery the grill keeps cooking. Awesome place for family.
