When I got to the hotel, they had a sign up that said No breakfast being served Dec1-Feb 25. I told the man at the desk that one of the reasons I booked this room was free breakfast and he couldn't have cared less. He said it was put up on all the sites, which it was not when I booked my room. The sign on the outside of the hotel says "Breakfast Included;" it's on the sleeve that the room key card comes in. That put me in the position to have to find, and pay for breakfast for the 2 mornings I should have got it from the hotel. Plus, I paid for the breakfast I didn't get since it is built into the cost of the room.
The walls are very thin and I could hear everything going on in the room next door. Every time they coughed or sneezed, and their TV blaring.
The room was very good. The pool and hot tub outside have been let go and would be a good duck environment with plants growing out of the hot tub. ALthough it's off season, I don't think they were functional over the summer either.
The room was clean but very outdated. The bed was so stiff and uncomfortable. There were multiple areas that had been fixed and were not finished and other things that were still broken. The faucet in the bathroom was wrong, hot water came out of the cold and cold came out of hot. The staff was very nice and helpful, no problems with them.
The room was easy to get in and out of. We were greeted within a minute of arrival. There appeared to be a patched hole behind the door that hadn't been repainted to match yet and the dresser looked slightly worn. Other than that, the room was in good condition and clean. The did have the normal continental breakfast. When I travel I'm usually there to get out and see the sights, not to hang out in the room the whole time. I would stay there again when visiting the area.

it was an ok stay. close to stores and arches park.
This property is so rundown nothing like the pictures. The carpet was shredded in the room and filthy in the rest of the building that I saw we had a cockroach in our room. The sign in the pictures said that the rooms are updated, but when we arrived, there was some sort of tape over the sign out front covering the updated rooms, the pool and the hot tub amenities. It is very misleading
This hotel needs to have an extreme makeover demolition style. The rooms are rundown, they stack boxes of fluorescent lights (and broken ones) right in view, and apparently the “pool” is closed for maintenance. The bathrooms are disgusting and I’m pretty sure not one door in the place closes correctly. The outside is not maintained and the staff is less than helpful. Breakfast? No thank you. Coffee is gross as well! Pay the extra $50 per night and stay somewhere else! They should be ashamed of themselves for charging what they do!
