Modern Moab Villa, Sleeps 7, WIFI, BBQ

New townhome just outside of downtown Moab. Four beds (2 king, 2 twin), two baths, along with a twin memory foam sleeper sofa. Master suite features a walk-in dual shower head design. The kitchen is fully equipped with ever thing you should need and is ready to host Thanksgiving dinner. All linens and towels are provided. Features a propane grill on the back patio and seating to soak in the views of the La Sal mountains just outside the back door. You will have access to our two-car garage as well as abundant street parking for trailers and toys.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. A Smart television along with a DVD player are provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.
Enjoy a range of recreational amenities, including a water park, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub.

4 individuals each give it 10 stars!
We were a group of 4 older women (60's-70's) who used this lovely place as our home base for hiking the parks. NONE of us were disappointed and ALL gave it 10 of 10 stars! It's comfortable, full of nice amenities and provides plenty of space to spread out. The views from the patio are lovely (probably better than any place downtown) and we especially appreciated the higher end towels and paper products. Host Michelle was also there for us any time we needed her. Her restaurant recommendations were perfect (Desert Bistro is top notch). Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful place and I would definitely book it again if I'm ever out in the Moab area in the future. Many thanks!!

The home was spotless and very well stocked. We used it as our home base for biking/hiking in Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Location was great - close to downtown Moab but very peaceful. Communication with Michelle was great - very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend the property!!

Excellent place to stay when visiting Moab region
We had 4 people in total, so there was plenty of room to spread out. The architecture is open. There is a comfortable living room with lounge chairs; a desk; dining room; large kitchen counter top for prep; appropriate kitchen utensils; washer-dryer; everything was as advertised. It is a short drive to town, not too far. At times it was very windy and there is a howling you hear from the outside, but we considered this part of the experience. Requirements for checkin and checkout completely reasonable. Would stay there again. The pool did not look clean so we did not use it. Luckily that was not a priority for us.

We had a great time in Moab and the house was great. The house was full of amenities and very spacious. Loved the access to the garage. The master bedroom was very bright and spacious. Curtains would be great for non early risers. :-) Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property. It was clean and very comfortable. It was the nicest property we stayed in on our three stop trip. We loved the layout of the home, everything worked and the location. The only issue we had was the lack of a garage door opener. Not a huge deal but we would have appreciated having one.

Clean and quiet.
Property is ver clean, quiet, and easy to find. Zero communication with property owner…so can’t rate that. Access code was in an email and there was no other needs. Was a bit difficult to figure out the tv system. If there were instructions we could not find them…not in the book. Beds were very hard. But that is a preference so just putting it here for future travelers. The ice in the freezer was amazing. Kept up with the demand for water bottles and coolers easily. Overall a good place to stay.

We absolutely loved this property! There were six adults and one infant. It was very comfortable and the beds were so comfortable! Condo was very clean and everything you need is provided. Town is a short drive down the road. We would definitely stay there again. If you have any issues Michelle the owner takes care of you promptly.
