This townhouse is beautifully decorated in warm southwest hues with clean simplicity. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dinnerware and cookware to enjoy a peaceful meal at this home-away-from home. This townhouse has a total of 3 full baths. Master bath is equipped with a jetted tub. Main Bath is a tub -shower unit. 3rd bathroom has a full size walk-in shower.

If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). Perfect property for a family getaway!
We spent five nights at the property (2 parents and 2 20-something "kids") and had plenty of space, loved the location, and appreciated the fireplace, the little enclosed patio, and well-furnished kitchen. We had a great trip partly because the house was perfect for us.

Only issue was overall cleanliness. Lots of flies, and spiderwebs on top of walls and ceiling. Master bedroom has very distinct pet odor/dog urine.. otherwise we enjoyed our few days

Wonderful Stay!
We stayed at Ravens Retreat with our son & pet dog. The owners were open to our pet in a kennel which was no problem for us & the property worked very well for a family with a pet. The townhome was lovely, very clean & comfortable. We also enjoyed having access to a pool & the view was bar none. Thank you!.

Great location and beautiful views!
This was a great house to stay in for my family while we explored Moab and the national parks. Quiet neighborhood right outside of town, beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen, great patio to have your morning coffee. Jeff was a great host and made check in and check out super easy and convenient. Overall great experience!

Perfect home base for great adventure.
My adult daughter and I stayed here for our annual mother/daughter trip. This property was exceptional. Very clean and well-stocked. The owner even left a discount card for the local grocery store. We particularly appreciated the ice maker in the freezer to keep water cold for our hikes. The location is ideal just outside of town. It is in a condo complex but this unit feels very private with its location within the complex and has an awesome view. We could not ask for anything better!

Very quiet neighborhood, minimal traffic. Rooms are large. Our kids enjoyed each having their own king sized bed. Furniture was comfortable. Bathrooms stocked with toiletries. Towels were provided for the neighborhood pool. You are allowed to park in the garage, which is nice.

Wonderful home in Moab
I really enjoyed this property in Moab. The owner's communication was excellent. He even went out of his way to make sure I had completed the timed entry reservation for Arches so that I did not miss out on the park well ahead of my arrival. The home was clean, comfortable with room for everyone to spread out. The scenery from the living room is stunning and jogging down the road where the community was located was a nice more rural feeling with horse farms with little traffic so that I felt safe. Would stay again!

Great Getaway!
We stayed here for 2 weeks in Apr/May of 2023 and it was a great place. We had our young family and the pool was a great place to spend a hot afternoon. The unit itself is very well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. Jeff is a great host and very quick to respond to any questions. Highly Recommend and we'll definitely be staying here next time we come to Moab.

We enjoyed staying in this perfect property, comfortable for the whole family! Close to everything we wanted to see/do. Wish we had left enough time to use the pool but we were tired after our adventures. Appreciated the ice chest and the coffee maker that could use either k-cups or grounds. Great touch!

We stayed here celebrating the New Year. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Wifi was top notch for working remotely and the beds were comfortable. It was also nice to be able to put both vehicles in the garage during the storms and cold temps.

We used this as a base camp for a few days of adventure around Moab. Location is great, close enough to town but just out far enough to be super quiet and peaceful. The townhouse was very clean and set up nicely. All the beds were very comfy and king sized. Was great to have a garage to keep our gear in.

Great Place for Families
My family was in Moab for a wedding. 5 women, and one man. Having 3 full baths was amazing! The owner was great. I had to text him a couple times and he quickly responded. We had trouble with the tv in master and he came right away and got it working. Only negative thing for me was it was a little tricky to find. The unit entrance is in the back. I highly recommend, and would stay here again.

Great townhouse outside of Moab!
My husband, our 2 adult sons, and our dog enjoyed our stay in this Moab townhouse immensely. The location was perfect for us, about 5 miles south of Moab. It was about a 10-minute drive to town, 20 minutes to Arches, and about 40 minutes to Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point. The neighborhood of townhouses was quiet and felt very safe. The townhouse is on the end, across from an alfalfa field and a beautiful view of the mountains from the patio and the living room. Everything was very clean and spacious, and it was nice to be able to have our dog with us, too. The master bed was really comfortable, and our kids said their beds were “decent.” The kitchen had everything we needed, and when the teapot malfunctioned, Jeff brought an electric teakettle to the house the next day. We also had some issues with the internet dropping out, and Jeff had a tech at our house within the hour to replace the modem. He responded very quickly to all of our emails and text messages, super-responsive. The community pool and hot tub were nice, and we liked that the unit had a washer and dryer. We would highly recommend this townhouse and we would love to stay here again if we return to the Moab area.
