It was OK, the staff were nice and efficient. The room was very small and to keep it cool the window needed to are open which let in a lot of street noise.

Clean and quiet! Nothing fancy, but it was affordable and downtown was a short walk. If I may, I’d suggest management implement softer, more comfortable lighting into the living area. Overall, a great stay!

We only spent about 6 hours here but the bed was comfy and it was short drive to Arches National Park. Staff was friendly at check in. We left too early to interact with anyone else.

Convenient location
On a busy street but a very quiet room with a comfortable bed. The laundry room was a plus for us after traveling for a week. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice hot tub was appreciated after a long day of hiking.

Room 101 extremely noisy throughout stay. Sleepless night. Street noise excessive from 10pm to 6am. The single window let the majority of the noise in. Tried to tell the manager but she said only, “we can’t do anything about the street noise”. The exterior door adjacent to rooms 101 and 102 created more noise as it shares the common wall with room 101. And the bed adjacent to this same wall squeaked and moaned with every movement. Terrible night.

Front desk was very friendly. Housekeeping, even though had do not disturb out, knocked, opened door then seemed irritated that the room didn’t need attention. Kind of noisy. Heard people walking by, shutting room door and talking in hallways. Quite convenient to Moab. View of the mountains was beautiful.

Clean but small rooms
Center of Moab lots of amenities with in walking distance. The room was small but clean. The beds were comfortable. The property is dated but clean. If you don’t like small spaces this place is not for you.
