Nice comfortable hotel near town
A nice, comfortable hotel in walking distance of town. Super service, nice restaurant, pool and hot tub. Only improvement I would recommend is to heat the pool water a little warmer. It was pretty chilly.

The hotel itself was ok. But the service was terrible. Both the front desk staff and the phone staff could not speak English well, and could not answer basic questions about the hotel. At such a special NZ spot as Queenstown surely it would be better to be at least front-staffed by Kiwis.

The property is ok and has good location. Good to know that the rooms do not have any robes to be used by guests during your stay. Car parking is $15 per day. On a busy day you may not get parking even if u pay. Horrible condition of exhaust in bathrooms.

The property is just outside of the downtown Queenstown area and a nice walk from the ferry terminal area. The bus stops are very close to the hotel entrance which was handy to get to the airport! I was in the Forest building which has a weird walkway from the hotel entrance and reception! They could make that uncovered walk by the pool a bit more welcoming for guests! I didn’t have breakfast but dinner in the pub was good!
