Staff did the their job but not invested in serving. Our card key always took about 20 swipes to open door. After waiting for clerk to make another card, had to leave so we made do. Room fine after sit turned on.

Centrally located. Hotel showed wear & tear older in age in need of upgrades. Breakfast was very limited, no milk watered down juice only 2 eggs were sitting in grease.

Very rude staff. Entire place was without water for 6 hours. No showers, staff laughed about what we were going to do to be ready for our meetings. Offered no compensation or upgrades. Do not stay here.

Exceptional customer service
Hotel was clean comfy and very busy the first 3 nights due to the lineman who were readying their plans to go south to Florida to help recover. Parking was difficult if arriving late. Other than that, breakfast was plentiful and good. Nice small pool and hot tub.
