Lobby and exterior of building look great and well maintained. The interior of the rooms had an overwhelming smell of moisture and fabuloso. Im glad they slathered the floor in it but it was sticky and dirty as heck. they've never actually cleaned the floor with it. Feet were black walking around in it and couldn't take it anymore and only spent one night. Lobby and staff were great. Fridge face was rusted out as were sprinkler heads. Mold growing in the shower pan and water everywhere on the floor because track on shower doors not seated or sealed properly.

Since wyndham bought la quinta out they suck. This one: 1. A/C out in lobby. Cooler outside 2. Inadequate a/c in room 3. Insufficient amt of bath towels, etc 4. Paint on carpet 5. Sheets on one bed looked dirty. Treat your employees better and fix the damn a/c in the lobby. Overall low quality hotel.

Worst La Quinta Experience.
Worst La Quinta experience. Ratings were not up to par of this La Quinta hotel. The area this location is in, is sub par. The hotel lobby and room was surprisingly outdated and dirty. There were stains on walls and construction debris / holes everywhere. The staff were incompetent as I had to go back down to re-key my keys are receiving them and could not get into room. Staff would laugh with others and joke while others needed assistance.

Great stay
I had to run to Mobile because my son was in ICU. I was by myself and had to spend the night. I was a little worried about staying by myself But everyone was so friendly and the room was so nice and comfy that I felt right at ease and safe. One of the cleaning ladies even said she would pray for my son. That was so kind.

The front lobby was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. My room was not so good. They put me in a dirty room, that housekeeping said they cleaned. The bathroom had hair everywhere where. The floor was dirty and do was my bed covers. I flipped the covers back and there was hair and blood stains ( fresh) on them. I asked front desk for a clean sheet set and only received a flat and fitted sheet and that was very disappointing. The room didn't even have a hair dryer and the microwave needed cleaning.

We loved how close it was to everything but woke up without power all the way up on the top floor. So I had to get kids and suitcases down a dark staircase. I understand no one can anticipate a outage but it was strange their back up generator had not done its job.
