Serenity by the Sea!

The house, the view, the surroundings were all amazing! From the moment we walked through the door we knew we had chosen the right place for our family to do a celebration and reflection of life for my mama who recently passed away. Our host Angela was very professional and quickly answered every question that we had. The house was spacious with a well thought out floor plan to allow plenty of room and spaces for gathering while still offering nice quiet havens for times of personal reflection. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one could wish for to meet their cooking needs. It was clean and fresh, and the views and roar of the ocean outstanding! Such super easy access to the beach literally down the back steps and on the sand. And, it was just a one minute walk out to the water for play, bike rides, and relaxation. We would definitely stay here again. It is worth every penny! Wish I could have stayed a week longer!

Moclips Getaway

85th Birthday Celebration

We loved our stay at this house! My family gathered to celebrate our parents 85th birthdays. We rented 2 houses on this street and this house was by far the best equipped and nicer of the two houses. gorgeous and spacious ocean front home

We were a couple middle age couples with two teen children and our parents. We loved the various "hang out" places in the house: the living room with an entire side of windows facing the ocean, a family room directly below the living room, and the converted garage with ping pong table, TV and couches, and bicycles. We loved being able to all be together at times, but also split into separate small groups. The kitchen is a joy to work in; it's big and open and well stocked.

Life is good in Moclips

Everything was just fantastic!! Views, rooms, beach access neighbors. Only thing I could recommend is fix the Hot Tub. The jets were not working properly but other than that we enjoyed every single second!! Thank you so much!! We intend to be back next year.. we will be contacting you soon.. we always like to go the week before Memorial Day. Cheers to a fantastic beautiful beach vacation!! So very BLESSED and HAPPY we chose to come to Moclips.

Spring Break Getaway

Our first impression was awe at the gorgeous view that awaited us at the house. We spent so many hours soaking up the sights and sounds of the ocean. Even when the weather was rainy, we could enjoy the hot tub and the fireplace. We would definitely come back here!

Great beach stay for six over-60s!

The house was perfect for our group of six, including two couples and two singles. The view of Moclips Beach just could not be any better, completely unobstructed view to the waves and the beautiful sunsets! Our gang has traveled all over the world and we can easily say this house was the best supplied rental we've ever stayed in: lots of dishes, a mind-boggling amount of knives (sharp!) and cooking implements, really good pots and pans (no shredded teflon), huge coffee mugs (no wee tiny things that require multiple fill-ups.) We didn't use the hot tub but it has an amazing view and is covered by the upper deck. Moclips is gorgeous, perfect for long walks and beachcombing, or razor clamming if the season is right, and the stars at night are to die for! Angela was an extremely accessible hostess, she immediately responded to queries with helpful advice and was so nice! We highly recommend the Moclips Beach house and hope to stay there again soon!

Absolutely Wonderful!

As all the other reviews have stated, the house is virtually perfect. Clean, well stocked, spacious and right on the beach. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water for the showers and so much space to spread out. We are a group of 7 ladies who have carved out space once a year for a get away... We've been all over the state and have stayed at many different homes. This house checked all the boxes...the only downside was the weather, but what can you expect in January at the beach?!

Stunning sunsets, well equipped home

Honestly, the exterior doesn’t say “wow”, but don’t let that fool you. When you walk in and up the short flight of stairs, the view takes your breath away. Unobstructed 180 views of the ocean. And the views from downstairs are also wonderful (not obstructed by sand dunes), so everyone wins regardless of where you’re sleeping. And the inside accommodations are lovely - updated, comfortable, open kitchen/dining/living area. The downstairs has multiple gathering areas, with a cozy tv area and yet another fireplace. The kitchen was very well equipped, we found everything we needed and more than I expected. If I had to come up with any suggestions for improvement, I would note that only 1 jet in the hottub was working, but it was otherwise working well, and the knives needed to be sharpened- there was probably a sharpening tool there that I didn’t notice, hah. Overall, outstanding accommodations and great location- we plan to book again in the future.
