Pre check not worth it
Only problem was pre check in i did it thought it would help. It asked dor a deposit. I gave it . Then whwn i got hotel it didnt show up i had to go to atm it counted against my discover card but not credited at the desk. Woll never pre check again. Philip Dunn

The property around the motel was filthy trash everywhere. Someone needs to go out into the bushes and pick it up. Did not know I needed to ask to have my sheets changed or clean towels dropped off. The lady at the front desk was very very rude. When I asked her to check out the coffee services. The machine was not working very unfriendly. To be honest, never gave a bad review before.

So we checked in late as it was a last min decision, but wasn't informed that it was stairs only and nothing available on 1st floor... I'm disabled, so stairs don't work well for me... so after a long day on the road, my husband had to carry me up because they couldn't accommodate us. The nighttime staff was rude and could careless about guests... only concern was to constantly say it was a non smoking hotel... $250 fee if you smoked inside... well we don't smoke so no biggie... however the hallway reeked of weed, our room was decent minus the cig burn in the carpet and the hair on the back of the toilet. gross! complained, but they did nothing about it. Bed was like a rock which made me hurt even more. Won't stay there again.

Read reviews prior to booking and don't really understand the negativity. Stayed here a year ago when attending Proven Winners greenhouses and garden event. Decided to try again and was not disappointed. My room was great. Overall cleanliness Fine. The clerk at the front desk was quick and efficient but obviously a very unhappy person. To smile would have hurt her terribly. So sad.
