Very convenient to I70. Clean, nice employees, great breakfast. Only issue was broken bar of lights about beds that flickered all night! We arrived late and were exhausted from 12 hour trip (2 car accident and 2 downpours on way) and I fell asleep while daughter still had main lights on. When she turned off main lights I was sleeping so didn’t know of problem until awoken by cat who couldn’t sleep due to flickering around 2 am. Too late to call maintenance. When I did tell employees next day, they indicated they were aware that some Rooms’ lights were broken. Turns out there was a switch (not obvious) we could have used to turn off the lights but it also looked like the switch to the outlet panel charging our phones. Hotel should alert guests or, better yet, fix/disconnect the purely aesthetic feature. Poor sleep and stressed cat!

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. It was nice having a free breakfast. They had hot bacon, eggs, hash browns and sausage. There were also bagels, muffins, waffles and cereal for the kids. I would stay here again.

We were in Richfield to help my wife’s mom pack up things in her home before her move to her other daughter’s home. The town is small enough that everything isn’t more than 10 minutes away. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I would have loved if they had some fresh apples/bananas in the eating area.

The room was more than satisfactory, but the excellence was in the friendly staff, a FREE loaded baked potato dinner, and a much better than average free breakfast. I intend to put this hotel on my list of places to stay whenever I'm passing through Richfield!
