We were on the 3rd floor, the elevator was broken and the cleaning staff was making noise in the hallway from early on, knocking on the door to ask when we were leaving. Terrible service.

This is really a bad review of Hotels.com which booked us into a sold out hotel. And there’s no way to convey that on this site. The hotel says Hotels.com does this all the time. This makes me really apprehensive about using the site. The one thing you want from a hotel site is a room.
