I absolutely loved staying here. When i first got there it was a bit rough, my check in was supposed to be for 3pm but my room wasn’t ready until almost 7pm. But, after my stay i fell inlove. I have never wanted to repeat a stay at a resort because i am constantly wanting to try new resorts. But this one, i feel i definitely will come back to. The only issues i had with this resort were: the elevators never worked, i was on the 5th floor so taking the stairs all the time was hard. Another thing was i ordered room service thru the app and scheduled it, but it never came. The staff here is incredible. I’ve never met nicer people. If it weren’t for my check in situation and the elevators I’d give this place a 10.

Me and the wifey went on our honey moon here, and it pretty nice. We got off the bus and we were served rum punch, which was pretty good. Everyone was extremely nice. Pros are all the staff are willing to help or assist you. Example; we had no excursions booked prior to arriving, but we talked to a few staff members and they seemed always have someone for you to reach out to for anything you need. We are in Jamaica, some things are legal out there if you catch my drift. Room service was pretty good, they’d bring the food to your room upon request, pick up dishes etc. The cleaning crew will walk in your room if they don’t hear you lol, they almost walked in on us and caught a X rated scene. Be prepared to tip fellas the moment you step off the airport. Runaway Bay is about 45 mins from the Airport. Ocho Rios is where the excursions are, and the taxi drivers are going to charge you $100 to get there. However the resort is peaceful not a lot of stuff to do there. Cons, there could be more food options throughout the day. The drinks are watered down. The sheets don’t seem clean. They are going to try to offer you a package deal and want to spend a couple thousand to be a “Privilege Member” which I think is a bunch of bologna lol. I’m a salesman I knew I was being set up the moment they asked me do I have a major credit card. It’s the ladies in white shirts that sit at the desk when you are headed to your room lol avoid them.

First, this was not my first time staying at this hotel. I’ve had great times there prior with food, amenities such as the spa that is BEYOND lovely, staff and entertainment. This stay was lacking with cleanliness with my room personally. I went with a group having 4 rooms and mine was not as clean to the point there were a few roaches visible at night. A horrible feeling to not be comfortable in my room for the time I was there; due to this I will not return.

Everything was great! The staff was super nice and helpful, we had everything we needed right on the resort. Food was amazing at every restaurant we tried. The ONLY thing I would say was disappointing were the desserts. None of the desserts I had were very good at all. But despite that I would still go back to this resort. 9.5/10 experience.

We checked in to the resort on 10/13/24. We stayed 5 nights and didnt want to leave. This was a trip for just my husband and I. We stayed on tje Luxury/Adult side. Our room was a sea view on the 5th floor. We could aee everything. It was beautiful. The entertainment and staff were top notch. We participated in alot of pool gamea and won a few bottles of Rum. The drinks were great. I just wish they had a bigger selection of beers. The beaches wwre beautiful! I highly recommend going to the grand side beach. They have a raft in the water that you can get fresh lobstee cooked right there. Beat lobster ive ever had! All of the ala cart restaurants were delicious. Plenty of food choicea all da. You wont feel hungry ever. Plenty of deaignated smoking areas. You can pretty much smoke anywhere. We cant wait to go back!!!

The rooms need an upgrade. The entertainment was really good. The a la carte meals were very good but the buffets were only okay. A lot of fried food and not many vegetables. Stick to the prep in front of you meal options - you’ll have to wait.

I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days, and the stay was terrible. The floor was soak and wet, the walls were sweating and the ceiling was dripping on us while we slept. The power went out and the ac did not work, staff was made aware and did not care. Asked for a room change and was denied. We had to go to the spa to use their outlets to charge our phones. Finally on the last night, the manager gave us another room after complaining and calling for 2 days. Would never stay there again! Horrible experience and I been to Jamaica several times this by far is the worse experience ever.

The property was spectacular. It gave a very high end impression and look. It was extremely clean and accommodating. The food was wonderful. It is always good to include the native food as a daily option. What needs to be improved is the beach. We were unable to swim due to the grass and rocks in the water. The physical (buildings were under construction) restaurants needed renovations. This improvement should have been done in stages, not all of them unavailable at the same time. Also, there should be more evening activities after dinner. On the whole, the facility was great.
