For the money, this is great. Yes, I had a couple of maintenance issues, but they were easy fixes and were completed in hours. The beach area is small and if you don’t upgrade to Preferred, you might feel it gets boring at the end of the week. I came alone, but not many singles - it always is a cr@pshoot as to the guests are… Italian restaurant is the best! I’d recommend, but bring a date.

We really liked our swimup room, the pool area and enjoyed the beach. The food and service were good in the privilege lounge but in the general dining areas, room service or the bars, it was a hit and miss. Most of them seemed rude, standing together talking to themselves while you are trying to get their attention. It almost seemed liked you are bothering them. Definitely need some customer service training.

Property could be better. Every day we had someone trying to sell us something (time share). I paid extra for access to the adults side (Eden Bay) but it made no sense because there wasn't anything happening over there that was different than the side I was on. Apparently they were supposed to have a foam party on Saturday and Tuesday on the adults only side but it turns out they had the foam party Saturday afternoon on the family side. I had a MUCH better experience at the Bahia. The family side was also very old looking although it shouldn't be because the resort is fairly new. The staff on the other hand was great and pleasant.
