The hotel was close to the airport, the food was good, especially breakfast. The only thing is the speciality restaurants are so small and only hold a limited amount of people, I was told that I needed to make reservations 3 days in advance. The staff is nice, especially the bartenders at the pool. I like the fact that there are a lot of activities that can be done at the resort. The only complaints that I have are, a few minutes after checking into our room, I was in the middle of changing, when someone opened the door, my partner had to go to the door to see what was going on. it was a staff, saying that his phone told him that no one was in the room. Also the room could’ve been a littler cleaner and more updated, there wasn’t an iron in the room and one of the bathroom lights were flickering a lot. I told one of the staff members Abraham and he got everything fixed very fast. Also on my last 2 nights I started to notice roaches, on the last night when I went to open the bathroom, there were a lot of little roaches on the floor, I didn’t say anything because we were checking out early that morning. But overall I enjoyed my stay.
