El lavabo del baño tapado, el resumidero de la regadera tapado, cabello en las paredes de la regaderas, recepción no contesta el teléfono (8pm) etc etc.

The only issue was the room service. I requested ice and water but they never brought it. I also requested capuchino and it arrived cold, I called them back to.complain about.it. they said they would bring more and they brought more cold coffee.

Jesus del lobby es muy despota y grosero. Traten de evitarlo y no hagan que arruine su experiencia. Esta muy molesto siempren y escuchamos que les grita a sus compañeros de trabajo.

The hotel is pretty nice bed is very comfy. The bad thing is the first floors smell like drainage and Jesus in the lobby is a very rude person. He does not care about your expedia status. I come back often to this hotel but try to avoid him very bad service and unpolite from Mr. Jesus

Todo excelente, solo que el aire acondicionado fallo un día, pedí que lo arreglaran en el día y no quedo, fallo de nuevo, me dieron cambio de cuarto en la madrugada y accedieron a darme late checkout hasta las 4pm, son cosas que pasan, pero todo bien. Lo que si es que se me hizo carísima la comida al cuarto, $800 pesos por un caldo de tortilla super pequeño y 3 tacos y los frijoles estaban como ácidos, gracias!

Everyone was very helpful on getting around giving instructions, never been to Monterey great staff. Some guy took time out of his to show me my room and how it work. Never been at a hotel. Would stay there again if a trip come up. Went for u.s consulate
