Se siente un ambiente demasiado inseguro, esta sucio y apesta horrible, solo pase una noche allí tenía una reserva de 4 noches y tuve que buscar otro lugar page por un lugar mas seguro y limpio.

This property has terrible air conditioning issues. My room was very humid I never felt cold air. The humidy ruined my passport . My clothes was like damp I won’t stay there anymore. However the staff it’s very nice and they accommodate my arrival time very well. The only complaint it’s the humidity in the air while staying they need a better air conditioning system

Terrible. Trying to get a refund now. Located in the equivalent of skid row in Monterrey. Rooms were disgusting, they couldn't find our reservation for 30 minutes, and we ended up leaving 3 minutes after we saw the room with wall paper peeling off the walls and stained yellow sheets.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
The hotel was full of men laying on the floor all-over the lobby and in the halls, the room was dirty and smell like mold, very bad experience, I travel alot and never had a problem with any hotels. I was very disappointed, I went to the room and once I saw that I decided to book and went to a different hotel
