The staff was very kind and attentive. Dameon always greeted the leaving and arriving. The only thing I did not like was one of the guest on my floor had a huge dog and it was not in a harness and ran away from its owner. I was terrified. My stay was great and I would stay again. I would refer this hotel to family and friends.

Our room was big, we especially liked the two TVS. The shower water pressure was excellent. Even though its very close to the interstate and a busy shopping center and restaurants our room was quiet and we were able to rest! This was a one night stay on our way to our vacation. We typically stay in Greenville. But we have found our new stop over!! This place is EXCEPTIONAL!! The rooms, the staff, the beds, the linens, etc. Especially Ms. Mona or mama Mona!! She's simply precious! She kept the breakfast area spotless and refreshed all morning while carrying on conversation. She just made you feel like we were right at home!! What a tremendous asset she is to this facility!! You keep on being you, sweet Mama Mona! Can't wait til next vacation and our chance to chat with her! Such a great little ray of sunshine 🌞 she certainly is! I highly recommend this Hampton Inn!!
