Nice room but......
The room itself was nice, but we had only one towel. When we asked the front desk for more towels, we were told none were available and were given pool towels. When we asked when towels would become available, the front desk person told us it would be tomorrow at noon. It was 8:00 at night.

I booked the room and waa to pay at the hotel at check in. When I checked in they couldn't find my reservation. The manager searched the system. Apparently the hotel tried to charge my card prior to my arrival and it didn't go through so they canceled my reservation and had no vacancies. I ended up staying at the TRU hotel. It was an amazing horel.

This is okay and a safe area. Close to all shopping area is a bonus. But it had bad smells on the elevator at times. And the hotel need a little updating. It's nothing over the top but it is decent for a few nights to stay. Breakfast need to be better especially for the rates that customers are paying. Overall it okay stay and safe. I would stay again for the convenience.

The couch is the room was filthy. Childs handprints were all over it. It needs a good cleaning. We never set on it cause it was so nasty. We were in room 413. If I stay at a Hilton again I will check the room first to be sur its clean.

The property was nice looking, and the breakfast was very good. The biding and towels were Fairley dirty looking. The carpet throughout the hotel was very dirty, squishy and sticky. It would Tury your feet black to walk from the shower to the bed.

I don’t know if this is an Expedia problem or problem with the hotel but on Expedia it says cribs were available so we asked for a crib because we have an 11 month old that needs to be contained. When we checked in just before midnight, we learned the hotel did not have cribs or packnplay available and never had. We got no sleep at all.
