We needed a computer to print our boarding passes and the computer wasn’t working. It was a dilemma for us. Thank goodness for Rosa and she helped us out. The Radisson should make sure these things are addressed. We depended on it.

Breakfast staff was really nice. *** VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CHECK IN I informed the front desk I would be checking in late due to the fact I was driving in from Canada. I called several times on the way down. I was NEVER informed that after 1am, the room would cost more. Again, I called several times and was never told. I was surprised by this when I arrived around 1:30am and if I had known, I wouldn't have stayed here. It was too late to take my child a go to another hotel. I am really disappointed by this. I did not want to spend the extra money. What a sneaky way to make more money.

The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. The building is on the older side so I did hear other guests louder than preferred, especially the side door late at night. Overall would stay again!

This facility was very well maintained and clean; it had the appearance of being new. The room was well lit with comfortable bed and pillows. Equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Bountiful, delicious breakfast. Very courteous and friendly staff. The only negative is that there is no elevator. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was great!! Clean room but the hotel needs updating. The outside needs a grounds person. Could be so much more if this was taking care of. They need someone to just go there and see for themselves.
