Our third year at this location for our family and friends get together. Great location. Perfect for our event! Thanks to the host for all the preparations. Highly satisfied and will very likely use the same property again next year.

My family of nine and I had a great time and plenty of room. The views are incredible. The toys including pool table and foosball were used heavily. The hot tub was very comfortable and easy to use. There were a couple of unexpected bonuses including an extra refrigerator in the garage which was very helpful for all the food we needed for Thanksgiving, and secondly that they had two sets of washers and dryers which was very helpful for a large group. The second flat parking pad beyond the pool was also very helpful for the main driveway is steep. The owners were responsive and rapid dealt with some issues of batteries being out in remotes for tv and lights and fans. The only thing that was unexpected was that one of the bedrooms is only accessible through another bedroom and the laundry is only accessible through the that second bedroom. The county the house is in is dry, but the next county over is not and since it is only 0.5 miles away, it wasn’t really an issue.

It's tucked back away from everything. Nice privacy. It's small but that's exactly what we wanted. I would definitely love to come back as soon as snow hits the ground and in the summer time. It was perfect for what I wanted.

Very nice relaxing

We enjoyed sitting on the screened-in patio overlooking the river watching the falling leaves float to the ground. Watched a group of 15 wild turkeys make the way way past the property. their wwa
