Hotel was nice, bed sheets we had had some marks and/or stains on them? Not sure what they were but didn’t seem to be cleaned fully. Other than that, rest of the room seemed to be clean and overall stay was very nice. Quiet and 5min walk to the metro, very convenient.

The parking garage in not too friendly as one car has to back up in order for the other car to turn. Imagine a talegate scenario

Modern hotel, feels quite new. Not the best location but easy access to city centre with metro. Supermarket and a couple of cafes/food 2 minutes by foot. About a 10 minute walk to metro station.

Loved the building, it's clean and bed is great. Good gym (dumbbells go up to 70 lbs), cables, bikes and treadmills. The location sucks. Food nearby is bleh. It's easy to get to Namur metro, but you have to walk along the freeway and it's grungy. And it's 20 mins to Atwater Market, 30 mins to downtown. Inconvenient if you want to come back to the hotel mid-day. Perfect if you're going to a conference/festival and you're out all day.

The Hotel is just magnificent, beautiful property, very modern architecture, very comfortable rooms and amenities,.. very friendly staff. The are around the property seems very nice safe walkable but the only thing was the road that leads to the closest Metro station is under construction I had to walk underneath the bridge by the highway.

Actually the problem was the value. Because, the service was really cheap. They did not refill the water, paper cups, towel, shampoo and shower gel and coffee capsules. I mean, these are the absolute basic services for a room in a 4star hotel. If they did not refill these minimum service, they are really cheap. Also, we had a breakfast in hotel, the breakfast was awful. The taste of even egg which is the simplest thing in breakfast ever, was awful. We could not eat anything. Everything was old and un fresh without taste. Generally the hotel was clean, but the service was super cheap.
