Was surprised when i walked through the door... was not what i expected from the look on the outside. Inside the hotel was super clean and friendly staff, went to our room and was still in awe large room and bathroom, comfortable bed except water wasnt that strong but that didnt stop me for giving this hotel a 5 star. Highly recommended if you are going in the area...

This was just an OK hotel. Horribly outdated yet in good condition, so no complaints. One thing though: I wanted to buy water from a vending machine and it only took cash. As I didn’t have Canadian dollars and just US ones, the night receptionist offered to exchange the currency for me. I gave him $10 US dollars and he gave me $10 Canadian dollars, when the exchange should have been $14 Canadian dollars. Not a big deal, but I felt robbed for such a stupid amount of money. Finally, none of the staff at reception were cordial or friendly, and it felt as though they all hated their jobs. Not coming back to this hotel ever again

We have stayed at this hotel many times and this time will be the last. All hours of the night the adjoining room was partying and loud - no sleep for two nights! Went to the front desk twice - no one there. Bed mattress very worn out and slumps to the centre - air conditioning would not turn on and it was an oven in the room! Room is in need of repairs - very sad because it could be beautiful again with a little TLC

La chambre était bien parcontre le service désastreux nous avons atrendu plus de 25 minute dans le hall d’entré personne étais présent a la réception. Lors de l’arrivé du préposé a la réception il ne parlais pas francais seulement anglais et arabe nous avons du attendre un autre 15 minute que l’autre personne termine sa «  pause » pour finalement etre servit. L’hotel est bien mais la réception est vraiment désastreuse

With that price, it is a good deal. The breakfast is about as same as holiday inn level. It has a one destination charger but with a hotel that size, alway few cars are in line to wait for it. The room is clean and quiet. this is not a hotel for somone withiut a car. The front desk and cleaning lady need some training on communicate to guest. Cannot say "I Dont know" when ask about the hotel facilities

The staff and service was really good. They were very pleasant and helpful. Check in was a breeze and they organized a taxi for me when I checked out. The building itself is quite nice and the traditional feel of the hotel is very warm and inviting. Unfortunately….although the room was clean….the bathroom was not. The toilet and sink were clean, and the amenities available I.e. soap shampoo etc were very good but the dust around the vanity and along the baseboard was really bad, as was the mould around the shower doors and the shower wasn’t very clean. The mattress was uncomfortable, the pillows were like rocks, and no outlet to plug your phone in to charge near the bed The breakfast included in the price was reasonable, scrambled eggs sausage and home fries, yogurt, cereals and toast was offered and their coffee was really good.
