Wonderful place to stay for our family’s winter getaway, staff is very friendly and ready to provide help. It’s also got a very nice restaurant and bar down there to spend time with. Overall great experience and definitely recommend this hotel.

Only glitch: was SO looking forward for a swim in the heated pool to relax after travelling...but there was a notice that the water had been changed (?) and the pool was very cold... Disappointed yes...but there are much bigger issues in life. Am very impressed and pleased to date at the many times I have stayed at this hotel!
