The pool had worms and frogs in it. Our room was a little weird, we picked a theme room but, had no idea it would have a smex chair in it. A lot of mirrors everywhere. So if thats what youre looking for then go for it. I think they have normal rooms. There was construction on the road out front as well so it was extremely hard to get to the hotel.

The worst thing I can’t stand is the basic safety as the door lock of our room was not working. It supposed to be automatically locked like all other hotel rooms, but it does not work. The a/c is too loud. Too many mirrors in the room. Breakfast not good. People can find better options with less price.

There was construction all around which made it difficult to access. Also, a very rude operator could not help us at all with a request for early arrival. Upon arrival, we succeeded in getting our room a couple hours earlier.

We had a great 1 night stay here. It was brief but we enjoyed it. Hotel has a nice modern vibe, was clean and comfortable. Construction made accessing the hotel at night a bit confusing but you cant fault the hotel for that. We would definitely stay here again.

Construction site in front of the hotel was horrible. There was risk of accident while trying to get i to the hotel parking..scarry specially when raining Not easy for seniors. Hotel staff great people. Food great. F.y.i

The room and property its self were very cleanly and taken care for. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I was shocked to see a fairly outdated looking bathroom (minus the actual room with bathtub located within it). The Continental breakfast is fairly lack luster with only some toast/bagles, yogurt, pasteries, and oatmeal. No protein besides hard boiled eggs. If you plan on going to the spa, this may be the place for you. But if you intend on spending a lot of time in Laval and Montréal you’re better off getting a closer hotel room. Ubers/Taxis are beyond expensive in the city, since it takes a while to get anywhere driving (especially bad during rush hours and you can expect to be late to whatever you had planned) a 25 min ride can very quickly turn into 1.5 hrs I learnt the hard way.
