The gal at the front desk when I first checked in and the one at check out were both phenomenal and made sure I had everything I needed and was super friendly. The breakfast was great, scrambled eggs, bacon sausage biscuits and gravy, pancakes cereal and cinnamon rolls were delicious

Good Night minus the pool.

Plus - Nice staff. Hearty breakfast. Quiet. Nice lounge area. Close to everything Clean. Pets stay free! Minus- Hard mattress. All electric sockets in room loose-hard to keep things plugged in. Pool old. Bottom of pool is grimy and gross but water crystal clear.

Your Asst Manager said I was going to get a refund

My previous response was automatically sent. More details. The Asst Manager said I can get a full refund. The email she sent me has been stopped on her end as it is no longer available in my inbox. I paid $293.27 for my room and are expecting a refund. She said she couldn't issue a refund because I booked through Hotel.com.
