Did not get room cleaning or get clean towels. Shower area needs redone to have a larger fan to air room. Room was not sufficient to circulate air which made you feel sweaty and not refreshed after showering.

If the hot water is not going to be available for 7 hours of a day I would like to be notified beforehand. Unfortunately, it was during that time period that we planned to get ready for our night out, but it made it very inconvenient especially considering a bird defecated on my partner and the water was too cold to shower in. Overall it wouldn't have been a big deal if we could have had advance notice and planned before arriving and being told. We love this hotel and usually have nothing but five stars to give.

Was not thrilled that we had to check in late because the room wasn't ready. If you want a early check in or check out it costs money but we waited on our time because they were behind. No pillows for the pull out ciuch and very stingy on towels. I was surprised because ive stayed here many times and this was the worst visit.

We only stayed here for one night, as we were attending a basketball game at Mohegan Sun. The hotel is very well located, a rather short distance from the casino. There's plenty of parking. The lobby is bright and clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was large and clean. The bathroom was clean but slightly worn, but nothing alarming. Bed was just ok; I like it more firm and this was pretty soft and not very movement isolated. I could feel every movement my partner made. The fridge was great for me to store leftovers to bring home. Overall, definitely recommend and will stay here if I'm in the area again.

Arrived at check in time and had to wait an hour and ten minutes because I was told the room was not ready at check in time. The front desk stated they would text when the room was ready. We waited till 5:10 pm before I was able to obtain a key for our room. We missed dinner reservations and had to eat in a rush at a burger joint. Not the night we planned.
