Lovely lodge, very well appointed and stocked. Great check in staff. Not so impressed with the restaurant. Staff looked bored and miserable, were very unwelcoming and we were very rushed. As our waitress put the appetizer down in front of us, we were told our mains was nearly ready, in other words you had better eat this quickly. Needless to say the main course arrived before we had finished, totally unproffessional. Which was the vibe of the whole evening. A waitress was chewing gum so visably, it was really off putting. The whole dining experience was very, very disappointing. You need to do better. Would stay at the lodge again, but would never dine at the restaurant again.

We are very disappointed. We had to cancel due to potential flight disruptions and the other couple we were travelling with had a major medical issue. We cancelled and sent them a message on why we had to cancel. We were a little beyond their cancellation policy. We were hoping they would be more lenient. They didn’t even bother responding to our request. We are very disappointed with their lack of response and openness to our situation. It would be great if Expedia could assist us with this. Thanks.

This is a full service property complete with a gas station, restaurant, grocery store, pool, laundry, gift shop, and AMAZING VIEWS of Monument Valley. Highly recommend Goulding’s Lodge, Navajo hospitality, and amenities! Would definitely stay again!!

Being red dirt to walk on to get from the car to our cabin we tried to keep it clean inside but during the night they turned on the sprinkler to water a bush next to the steps. We were then walking in mud and around a puddle. Needless to say floors were no longer clean. Smart move to put the sprinkler next to a walk way .they better not charge us for cleaning the floor

We stayed in a cabin and had the most breathtaking views of sunset and sunrise of monument valley right from our front porch! Just a couple of minor check in glitches and TV equipment that took a utility person and myself working with her to fix. But overall, I would recommend it to friend’s & family and would stay here again without hesitation.

The resort has a lodge type feeling and the location is what you're truly paying for. It wasn't over the top but it gets you close to the rock cliffs. I think the price was high for what you get". Overall, it was nice. Another key factor is that they have a restaurant and the food was good.
